Good points first. The staff were really kind and helpful, particularly Darren and Sheena. Nothing was too much bother. The large decking to the side of the building was very comfortable and enjoyed lovely views of the loch and mountains. The beds are very good and, in general, I slept well (more on this later). The room was fairly clean...

Glencoe is a lovely town, and this hotel is a great location for hiking and exploring the loch. With some exceptions, the staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. There is plenty of car parking behind the hotel. However, we ran into a few frustrations: 1. Frustrating staff before check-in. Check-in is at 3:00pm, but we arrived in Glencoe...

Just stayed 2 nights here, staff were so friendly & helpful. We had a lovely en suite room, very comfortable. The gathering was really good, not at all what we expected. Food great value & very tasty. Breakfast at hotel was very good & more than generous helpings. We had dinner on second night & was excellent. The public areas...

First of all the staff, were entirely friendly and lovely hosts, I must say this before any less positive comments as I think this place could be improved with an extra pair of hands for the staff! The room, wasn't 100% clean but the bed and towels were very clean. I dropped my toothpaste lid on the floor and when...

A comfy retreat for a few days, this hotel has beautiful views of Loch Leven right on it's doorstep. Darren and his team are very friendly, while the hotel is comfy, has a well stocked bar and the food is good. This small highland stopover is fantastic as a base for climbers who fancy tackling the daunting mountains around Glencoe,...

The hotel is in a good location on the A82 overlooking the loch and is easy to find. It doesn't look much from the outside but is decorated to a high standard inside which gives it a boutique feel. Breakfast was lovely with a good menu and the tables by the window in the restaurant overlook the mountains. (We were...

Beds comfortable, but cleanliness of room could be better with the chambermaid moving furniture and cleaning inside and under bedside cabinets. No lift and all rooms are on the first floor. View of countryside from room window obscured by large tree, even though room was described as Mountain View Room. Staff friendly. Limited parking at front of hotel with more...

This hotel is a hidden gem in a beautiful location, it's is warm cosy and tradional hotel with stylish Scottish decor. We stayed...

We went here for my birthday weekend and again, enjoyed the Crerar experience and a brilliant dinner deal. The food is always brilliant, even when the place is quiet. Love the basic Scottish style decor and the fire was awesome. The rooms were very warm, but mild for this time of year. The staff were all lovely, even the staff...

Stayed here on 11/02/17 for 1 night. Nice clean room and modern decor. Our room was not on the main road so very quiet. Had food in the pub next door which is owned by the hotel. Food not great, a bit too greasy however it was ok. Nice cooked breakfast the next morning and staff very friendly. Would definitely...
