My family and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Glencoe House. It was superlative - I honestly cannot imagine how it could have been better. The location itself is sublime, the house gorgeous, our suite (no 2) was generously appointed with lake views, the bedding extremely comfortable, and the attention to detail out of the world. Dinner in the private...

Took my girlfriend for a surprise overnight stay here. Its very romantic and secluded and she enjoyed it. We stayed in Suite 5 which is the one with the double baths in the bathroom. We had a nice time. It wasn't totally smooth and couple of hiccups meant I am not sure we would return. The set up is meals...

We stayed in the new Bell Tower Suites (No.13 - definitely luck for us!) for our 10th wedding anniversary. We chose these because we liked the idea of privacy of the suite with outside space and eating/dining on our terms but with the 'concierge/turn down' element of the hotel. Sorry for the long review but thought it worthwhile for those...

My husband took me to Glencoe House for a three day mini moon after we were married in March 2017 and it was absolutely amazing! Leaving the venue at which we were married was a worry for me as I didn't know where we were going next and I couldn't believe how happy I was when we arrived at Glencoe...

Decadent! World class! The views are breathtaking. We were lucky, so we were told, to have plenty of blue skies during our stay April 6-9/17. Stayed in Suite # 2. Everything was perfect from the music to the jacuzzi to the fully stocked bar. Felt spoiled. From breakfast, tea time treat to amazing evening meal, it was all perfect. Thanks...

Dear Cindy and Neil, thank you so much for taking the trouble of posting a review. We are delighted that you had a chance to enjoy the scenery (even with the blue sky and sun...) and the views just seem to get better when you are relaxing in your hot tub. Also thank you for your kind words about the...

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights to celebrate his birthday and we had such a great time. We stayed in suite 2 which was absolutely amazing, really luxurious with super views and a hot tub. Meals were 5* and the whole experience was just beyond our expectations. We cannot wait to return. The staff were more than helpful...

Every once and a while you have to say "what the hell" and just give something a go. The Glencoe House fits this whim! It's hard to describe it as a hotel because classically it isn't. It's a fantastic lodge house converted into luxury apartments (two or one bedroomed). Each apartment has a drawing room, dining room and luxury bathroom....

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. We have consciously aimed to move away from the traditional country house concept and are delighted that Glencoe House struck the right cord with you. In terms of location, we feel lucky to be located where we are and certainly don't get tired of looking at the scenery. No one...

I wanted somewhere special, different and interesting, and I got it. From the moment we walked into the building we loved it. A very warm welcome, with a lovely fire and a glass of champaign was so nice after a long drive. Our suite was wonderful and even though it was raining we sat in the hot tub and took...

I went to Glencoe House a couple of days before the New Year. Just the drive is priceless. Along beautiful Lochs and untouched hills you arrive to a mysterious small town a little surreal. Then you drive through a short hill that takes you to the prestigious mansion. From the outside the house gives you a strange feeling of comfort...

Wonderful place to stay, the suite was fantastic, service brilliant while being relaxed and friendly. The fire was relayed every day and the wood basket restocked so we could lounge on the sofas in front of a roaring fire in the late afternoons and evenings. Linens, dressing gowns, furnishings etc are all extremely high quality. The reason it doesn't get...
