Not a bad little spot to catch a quick coffee and restroom break. Pleasant staff served us well and the warm fireplace atmosphere was quite pleasant. Skinny access road though. The small camping pods looked funny.

Went to the cafe and was served by this young person that was so depressed and looked like she didn't want to work there, asked for hotcross buns and she said there wasn't any butter so we would hav to eat them dry and we asked if there was butter in the kitchen and she said NO next please, awful...

Not sure you are reviewing the correct business with this review as hot cross buns aren't on our menu and even if they were butter is not something we ever run out of. Sorry if you have had a bad experience at another local establishment but it was unlikely to be at ours where the staff are renowned for there...

This is my third time here and the same high standards persist. Great staff and the accommodation, though basic, is great. Food freshly cooked and not a bad array of alcohol drinks. Closes at 20.30 , which is no bad thing. Can't praise the staff enough. Very friendly and helpful. No hesitation in recommending

One major fly in the ointment as below, otherwise excellent location and reasonable price per head for groups sharing the micro lodges. On site cafe serves a reasonable menu, with a decent pub also serving food a short distance down the road. Staff nice enough. Toilets decent, can't comment on the showers other than that they cost £1 for a...

We have a cabin for six people, very useful, real mattress, even usb plug to reload our batteries. The bathroom are in a container but very clean. The shower are hot and clean, and even if we have to pay for hot water, 5 minutes is enough to wash. The restaurant is good and cheap. There is a drying room,...

These basic Hobbit Huts are equipped with electricity sockets, a kettle and heater. Could sleep 4 but little room for backpacks and overnight bag if that double bed was occupied. Single beds down either side and matresses which were welcomed, however the finish wasn't great and our hut was a bit dirty. Superb cafe facilities and WIFI in there too....

We have booked one of the 4 person Hobbit cabins. It is very functional. It has one double sleeping place at the far end of the cabin with two single on each side and some space un the middle. It has good storage for boots and rucksacks. Lot's if plugs and a small heater. Kettle to boil tea, too. The...

We booked into a Hobbit House for one night, trying something new. It is very basic with a bed, lighting, plug points and kettle. Honestly it was fun, a great way to spend quality time with children and no devices! We ate in the cafe and had a good meal and breakfast here. Spent a couple of hours tubing over...

We spent 3 days in Hobbit hut in the mid of February. These days there was so few snow that I was crying, because it was the main goal of my journey there. Some lifts were opened but very few. So pity that weather destroys plans. Beside this accommodation is very good, I do not know any other Scottish mountain...

Called here for lunch on a day out Unfortunately it was raining and quite misty but I'm sure the views are fantastic on a clear day. Cafe was cosy and warm with a wood burning stove. Baked potato withTuna and a cheese and ham toasty were very good and and the staff friendly. Would image it's a lot busier on...
