Management say that unfortunately the hotel, bunkhouse and café are closed during 'refurbishment'. It is very unfortunate for walkers on the West Highland Way as there's nowhere else nearby. & it's hardly a 'refurbishment'; it's annihilation. The old building is barely even a shell.

Stayed in one of the new bunkhouses while on the West Highland Way. Booked it last minute as the midge forecast looked like it might ruin our plans to camp. Brand new at the time we stayed, so very clean indeed. A little expensive considering...More

We stayed one night when walking WHW. Clean bunks with own light and USB. New bunkhouse, so safety features like fire doors. Drying room worked a treat. The 'Way inn' has good meals, prices and beer. Dorms are 4 or 6 bed. Each has own...More

About
Description
We're closed for a much needed refurbishment. In recent times, the hotel had become a little weary itself. It was time to spruce up a little and plans started to bring accommodation worthy of the location More into the glen. In 2017, the bunkhouse was rebuilt offering new and upgraded rooms for walkers and climbers to put their head down and early 2018, the construction of the new hotel wing started, after the removal of the 1960s extension to the hotel. What’s coming? Newly built hotel accommodation and three new places to eat in Glencoe. The sounds of carpenters and craftsmen are echoing through the glen as we prepare to reopen the Kingshouse Hotel. Re-opening 4th February 2019, Less

The menu was very limited, we had baked potatoes with chillie as the nearest thing to a full meal but not really proper meals like I anticipated.

Was described as The Kings House Hotel Bunkhouse. Absolute Escapes booked my accommodation package. Trip Advisor won't seem to allow me in include the phone number I had been given. Hope that helps.
