There is nothing bad about this place. Everything is more than excellent. The cottages, the Barn, the grounds and the staff looked after us over and above from the 17th to 19th June. The wedding Barn is amazing, surrounded by a huge patio and a field for kids to play. Every member of staff gave their all to see that Rosemary and Brad's wedding was perfect, and it truly was. We used Poppy's caterers and everyone commented that the food was superb, and plenty of it. Highly recommend.

Stayed in ebor cottage for my 50th birthday celebrations and all I can say is WOW...it was amazing, absolutely spotless and beautiful inside and out, I have since had friends message me for details regarding this, we arrived quite early so went to the black horse Inn, we were like a hurricane 🙈 this was just a stop before we went to our cottage, the hospitality, helpfulness and friendliness was on another level, from the manager to his staff and customers, when we were leaving we were unable to get a taxi, the manager kindly made 3 trips to drop us all off, he also offered to deliver our Sunday dinners...WOW is all I can say, it was absolutely gorgeous he even went back to the pub to get us some salt and pepper,what an absolute gem.

Visited for a mates 40th in September & could not of been better. Clean tidy spacious & only a taxi ride from the centre of York! Gardens with the hot tubs in are great for groups to socialise & chill out! Definitely recommend & would definitely return.

First class service with all the administration prior to our event and very helpful friendly staff when we were there. Location is great and the cottages are a fantastic space for large gatherings also. All in all a lovely venue and we would definitely book again.

Stayed 2 nights in Dante cottage, very good value for money! Very modern and well stocked with all essential utilities. Generally very quiet area however walls quite thin as could hear noise from next door. Very pleasant stay in excellent location close to York and very useful retail park close by!

Our daughter has just celebrated her 21st birthday in Pheasant Rise along with 4 friends. They had a fabulous night... the house was immaculately clean and everything they needed was provided and more. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. We would highly recommend staying here... top notch accommodation and EXCELLENT communication from the staff at Villa Farm.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at Villa Farm. We stayed in Coney cottage and the accommodation was clean and spacious and the grounds were beautifully kept. Will definitely return. Had a relaxing stay and just wished we could have stayed longer

A weeks stay in January. A nicely laid out complex of varying sized self catering accommodation together with a wedding hall. Very quiet during our stay. An excellent location very convenient for central York and access to shopping, food facilities at Clifton Moor and other large malls. Easy parking at the complex and always felt safe as it was well lit . Easy check in and check out. Our one bed villa was very well equipped with all necessary facilities. A good stay and would recommend. We took our two dogs ( at a small additional cost) .
