I hope I've got the right place. We stayed in Sep. 2016, but my review seems to've disappeared and I recall the owner as Peter, not Paul; and we never saw Linda. But everything was as good as was promised. My only critique was that the room lacked at nightstand. We managed to squeeze a chair in between the beds...

husband and i stayed 2 nights and were very pleased with our room and guest areas, especially the lovely garden. Paul was amazing and very knowledgeable about the Tokaj area. We wine tasted his own wines and thought they were so good we bought a couple of bottles for the rest of our trip. We arrived in Tokaj having never...

I really recommend it. Great location (5 minutes from the central square, but a bit away from the main street), beautiful building with cosy, air-conditioned rooms. Kitchen available for quests. Very friendly owner. He has his own cellar, so wine tasting possible. Do come here, it is worth it!

The clean, light--filled, nicely furnished guest rooms are built over the wine cellar of this family home. Each room has an en-suite bathroom, and we made use of the communal kitchen which looks out over the garden. The property is very well kept and also well situated for strolling into the town of Tokaj, where we found various restaurant choices,...

We stayed only one night, but all the four of us were completely satisfied. We stayed in the apartment. The rooms and the bathroom were nice and very clean. There is also a common kitchen, so the guests can prepare things for themselves. The guestrooms are in the mansard, the owners live below and in the basement there is a...

I stayed for 6 nights. The room was clean and with private bathroom and shower. Linda(the owner) is dedicated and keen to make the stay of the guests great. The breakfasts she made were extremely delicious and different every day! The wines in Paulay Borház are as good as the hosts. They have their own characters and are worth tasting/drinking....

We spent there some nights with friends. The place is so familiar, the owner lives in the building. There is a wine cellar under the house, where you can drink the owners wine. We taste all of them, it was excellent.

It is a very cosy pension located just few meters from the main road in Tokaj. Owners are extremely nice and helpful, the wine is very good and roms are fine What is more, there is a beautiful garden, where sitting under a peach tree you may enjoy the wine, wathing local siamese cats playing.

My family of 6 rented 3 of the 5 rooms at this B&B. All of our rooms had a private bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Upon entering the door to our room (which locked) we were in a small foyer. From that foyer we entered either our bathroom (which locked) or our bedroom, which also locked. The room my...

This is a lovely spot for a overnight en route from Budapest to points east. Linda, the proprietress is so accommodating. we arrived two hours later than we had said, changed the time of our wine tasting, ate breakfast late, but Linda' attitude is that the guest does what the guest wants! Even though she has her own family to...
