Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This B&B is situated just off the High St in Aberlour. It's a beautiful spot with the River Spey just behind. It's a perfect location for visiting all the castles and distilleries - and there's plenty of both! The B&B is the perfect base for the lovely local shops/deli's and pubs and there's some good local food to be had in some of the local hotels too.
Eileen and Jim are the perfect hosts - very welcoming and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble and they're always looking out for anything you might need.
Breakfast was a beautiful, freshly cooked full Scottish breakfast and they also made a vegan cooked breakfast which was lovely too. Couldn't rate the place or hosts highly enough - we will definitely come back.

The location is in the town centre and a perfect location. Only 5 minutes walk to the Aberlour Distillery, and 8 minutes walk to the Linn Falls. Also an ideal location as a base to explore the many Speyside Distilleries and numerous walking/cycling trails. The breakfast menu has a large range of options for cooked and continental breakfasts, with Scottish options my favourite. The rooms were very well equiped and spotlessly clean. I stayed a week and was reluctant to move on.

Stayed there last week. It's a great place to stay--the rooms are super comfortable, and Eileen and Jim are fantastic hosts! It's also a very quick walk to the MashTun, as well as pretty close to Aberlour and GlenAllachie distilleries. Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area!

Fantastic B&B in Arberlour close to river, shop and café. Lovely welcome from hosts Eileen and Jim who were on hand when needed and happy to advise on local area. Stunning rooms very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was amazing and Eileen went out of her way to provide gluten free options. Great location for the distilleries.

My family and I stayed here for a few nights and Jim and Eileen proved to be the most superb hosts. Super comfy rooms, delicious breakfasts and our every need was catered for. Jim and Eileen are generous, warm people and their B&B is an absolute joy. They go the extra mile to ensure their guests are happy and comfortable. They are hyper efficient whilst being easy going, which puts everyone at ease. I cannot recommend this B&B highly enough.

An excellent place to stay. Room was very clean and well equipped. Bed very comfortable. It is right in the centre of Aberlour yet incredibly quiet. Eileen and Jim are more than happy to enhance your stay with ideas and information about their superb area. A long way from our home in the south of France but we so intend to return one day soon.

Finest B&B accommodation i have ever stayed at. Exceptionallyl clean, cosy room with all the amenities you need. Varied breakfast menu each day. Eileen and Jim are very kind and go the extra mile to support and help guests. I have slow mobility. Jim parked my car and helped with my luggage. I would stay at the accommidation again on the square in a heartbeat. Bonus is its central to all the amenities beautiful Aberlour has to offer. Highly recommend a visit.
