The 23 Mummies of Hambleton had their Christmas Party Night last night at The Owl and it was such a great night . We were in the function room and enjoyed a 3 course meal , a singer and a DJ with Disco till Midnight . The food was brought out hot and everyone was served together . The comments I’ve had are that the food quality was the best we’ve had at a party function . The singer was excellent - just him and his guitar and he played whilst we were eating . The DJ ( Lee) was great , really chatty and he played great party music and was Host for our party games. Jordon the bar tender was great and served us all really efficiently . A HUGE thank you to Scott the manager and Leah and everyone at The Owl . Can’t wait for next time 🎅🏻
Had Sunday lunch while visiting family roast pork nice selection of vegetables including swede and carrot mash my husband had Whitby scampi which he said was delicious.we tried a rubarb and ginger gin with a fever tree tonic again delicious .
Lovely food and even better service. Would certainly go back. Nothing was too much for the staff. We didn't wait long for the food which is great when you have young children, food was hot and very tasty. No complaints from our family of 4.
Stayed there for a long weekend as a last minute thing, really helpful staff who will do anything for you, the place is clean and bright. Price was very reasonable for the location. The food is amazing, simply brilliant.
We enjoyed a lovely Sunday lunch that was also well presented on the plate. Service was good with very polite staff on the day.The bar area has lovely furnishings and has a warm atmosphere. Will recommend to others and return thank you.
