Really nice location and setting. Plenty of parking spaces. Water pressure was a bit low and rooms were hotter than the sun but it was a warm weekend. Food was really really nice and not an unreasonable wait. Curry and the burger were both delicious. Breakfast good but a bit small really. Could have been a bit bigger for the price.

Wedding venue booked here and cancelled due to poor service. Rooms were available online the nights before the wedding heavily discounted, however when I booked through the manager we were charged nearly £400 more than quoted online for exactly the same rooms (seeing as were were spending over £8k+ you would think the rooms would be discounted due to do it being a part of the wedding) Contract terms and conditions were never sent so after being refused our deposit back, we ended up taking the Royal Arms to a small claims court. The Royal Arms refused the initial court claim and asked for mediation, mediation was done and we were offered £250 by the Royal Arms, this was refused by us. Witness statements & evidence provided to the courts and a hearing date was sent. It was only when we recieved the letter to confirm the hearing date were we offered out deposit of £500 back. I would encourage anyone booking a wedding venue here to make sure a contract is sent over stating the terms and conditions. At no point were we told the deposit was non refundable, we also gave over 15 months notice and were told after we were refused our deposit back that all other correspondence would be through the Royal Arms legal department?? We heard great things about this venue and we were truly looking forward to spending out day here, however the experience was poor and management was extremely rude. We will never recommend this establishment, nor me visiting again. Utter shambles and we have been put through hell. It cost me £50 for the small claims court, but it's the best £50 I have spent. We had the courage to follow this through as we believed we had the right to fight for something that was wrong and it paid off. We were lucky enough to get our deposit back! BUT we had to fight for it.

Checked in about 4 'clock and took the bags to the room. It was a beautiful day so got a drink and in the grassed beer garden. The owner/ manager came out and asked us to move as a wedding was due, we asked were we should sit as wed just bought drinks. He told us we could sit on the front of the pub. Of we went to a picnic bench in the shade on the road. Not really what we had in mind on pir 20th anniversary. Another couple joined us who were very disgruntled as they'd been asked to leave the inside of the pub for the wedding guests who were arriving shortly. The food was lovely, as was the waiting on service. The rooms were definetly 3 star, the shower pressure was very poor took us along time to shower. The room was tired but clean. But it was very noisy from the people just walking about above. They weren't particularly noisy just walking. The floor was very thin. Terrible nights sleep. To be honest I wouldn't be going back there.

We spent a Sunday morning at Bosworth Battle Field and had noticed this place on the way there. We called in early on Sunday afternoon, phoned first to ensure there was a table for the two of us. We were seated immediately, the young staff were all friendly well presented and polite. I enjoyed a couple of pints of local bitter from the 'Church End' brewery which were perfect. We went Straight for the Sunday roasts, a roast chicken breast and a lamb. Bother served piping hot, fuĺl of flavour and accompanied by perfectly cooked vegetables. My wife had a chocolate truffle desert which she loved. It's mid table when it comes to price but a top table Sunday roast when it comes to quality. We'll worth a visit and there's plenty of parking.

Stayed in the Bridal Suite in October 22. Beautiful room and amazingly comfortable bed. There were a few little niggles with the room but nothing that made me let them know. Bar staff were friendly, helpful and thoroughly welcoming, especially during the chaos that was the Saturday night wedding. Wi-Fi was good on the quiet Friday night but non existent on the Saturday due to the amount of guests. The bar has an amazing selection of whisky, gin and beers. The snug with the leather couch is amazing. Many functions at the local activity centre throughout the year so I will always be staying here. Thanks you :)

Champagne breakfast for four of us. We come 2-3 times a year, but today wasn't great. The restaurant was very cold upon entering. Apart from our table, there was another table of 2. The previous Restaurant manageress has left since we last came, and it shows. Waitresses were okay, did their best, but some professionalism clearly lacking. Food was overall, very good, but sat in a cold venue, just spoilt it. The pastries and croissants were freeze-to-thaw and tasted bland and uninspiring. £110 + tip wasn't cheap, and we will come again, but today wasn't a great endorsement. Over all a C- based on today's visit.
