We stayed in Hogs Corner. It was quite small but that was fine with us as our children are just three and one. Very clean. New / well kept furniture. Jo and Ian were very friendly. Jo loaned us extra cake baking kit so I could cook for my wife and she got up early one day to allow my... More

A brilliant holiday with our son, daughter-in-law and family. We stayed in Blyth's View and this was really set up well for the seven of us. My husband and I slept in the downstairs bedroom which had shower room opposite and was virtually soundproofed from the little ones upstairs! Wonderful to get good night's sleeps. Upstairs was an en-suite king... More

I can't praise this place enough. We stayed for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Our children who are three and a half and two loved the farm, especially feeding the animals and having the freedom to roam around without us following them around. That's one of the best things about the farm, it's really safe and... More

A wonderful stay at Buck's Farm, 20 of us aged between 4 months & 70 years old, we enjoyed celebrating a special birthday here. Buck's Farm has a large amount of activities for all to enjoy. We made good use of the swimming pool, gym, games room & visiting the farm animals that our children loved feeding them with owner... More

Can't recommend Bucks Farm enough! We stayed for a long weekend for a family gathering of 18 people and Jo and Ian couldn't have been more helpful with the organising of such a large group! The complex suited all the generations and the freedom the younger kids had around the farm was fantastic. The pool and games room were also... More

We have now enjoyed several holidays at Bucks Farm with our family of three generations. We find the facilities excellent for everyone, the swimming pool being a big hit with the young ones, and feeding the animals is always popular. The country style cottages are well equipped and the freedom afforded the children on the farm is a real bonus.... More

We have recently returned from a lovely family holiday at bucks farm. We had 4 generations staying with us including our 2 young children. We could not fault the properties at all and they were exceptionally clean and catered for us very well. We had a lovely welcome by the hosts and a freshly baked chocolate cake for each cottage,... We have just returned from a long weekend away with family to celebrate a special birthday. Our ages ranged from 4 months old to 90 years old and we rented all four properties on the site. We were glad we had done so, as there is very little privacy and the cottages all face inward towards each other. All cottages... More

Had a really lovely mid week break. Grandchildren loved feeding the animals and Jo was really patient with them. They thoroughly enjoyed the swimming pool and very well equipped playroom. The cottage was well equipped, warm and comfortable. Would definitely go back but for longer!

The bike shed cottage was clean and tidy and the two of us and our Yorkshire Terrier Ted enjoyed it. There was a kitchen diner, living room, downstairs bathroom and mezzanine bedroom complete with wardrobe for storing clothes. The fresh eggs on the attached farm made great scrambled eggs

“We had two adjoining cottages, Harvest Keep and Hogs Corner with the door between the two wedged open to make one large place with two kitchens, log burners and televisions between them. This worked very well for our group of two grandparents, two parents and three children (14,15 & 5)”

“If you're in Hogs, it's helpful if your party are also renting Harvest as some of their rooms are above yours. The fact that Hogs & Harvest can be joined together internally is a big bonus if you're staying with friends or family.”
