Me and my wife stayed for 3 night during national holidays. The hotel is okay. We've liked the food and the room was okay. What we didn't like was that we believe the hotel wasn't ready to carry that many visitors as when we went for a dinner there was no space for us to sit and eat and it...

Some things can be reviewed to reach the fpur star level hotel: some of the staff have an attitude sometimes, you may have to wait for the extra duvet you asked for, but the bathroom and the room I've lived in for 5 days was clean, towels changed everyday. The food can wasn't quite good, but eatable. I lived in...

We' ve stayed for 3 nights in this hotel and I have to complain regarding the housekeeping! There are mid age housekeepers from Ukraine who dont understand a word in English and they set our one bedroom appartment only once. The worst thing was that someone opened our door 3 times in 4 days stay while we were inside the...

Check-in was swift and impersonal, documents checked and we were given our key-cards.We had two rooms as we were travelling as a group. The receptionist told us our rooms were in the building across the road (Camellia House). We walked across to check were our rooms were before getting our language from the car. The rooms were freezing, about 5c...

We stayed during New Year's Celebration. It was an "All-Inclusive stay". Food (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks and Dinner). The Food was great, The attitude was awesome. Most of the Staff was fluent in many languages so everyone was welcome. The beds were "OK". . except we had a "Queen-Deluxe" room but the bed was two singles stuck together. Any "night-time activity"...

Just an average hotel - rooms, restaurant, breakfast & lunch buffets, spa - all are okay but nothing special. Not sure about the service as did not have much interaction with the staff. There was poorly (or better say - silly) organized fashion event.

Family of 4, two teenagers, had a great holiday in April 16. Although the snow was as plentiful as usual, with the bottom runs closed, there was enough to keep us going and we settled into mornings skiing, afternoons sightseeing or spending time around the indoor pool / spa. Will be coming back again as great value and we are...
