The hotel is in an ideal location and there's truly not many hotels around it so it simply wins by default as if you want to be central in this little town you would probably want to stay here. Service is fantastic however I didn't find the room to be super clean nor in great condition, this hotel truly is...

The staff - such friendly attention. Good bed and mattress. Modern, tasteful fit-out. Lighting. Location - couldn't be more central. Room large and airy with little balcony overlooking the street. Lovely big common rooms and foyer, stairways; beautiful dining room and wonderfully generous breakfast included with the usual attentive service. Aircon heating weak. Blankets rather than duvet. Parking needed care...

We stayed with our two boys in a four bed room. Very comfortable. We also had dinner, mostly tapas. Breakfast is a la carta. We loved the stay and the village. Not much to shop. Not many other options for dinner to the hotel is the place to be. The museum is worth a visit, especially for children. The area...

Lovely welcome. Room was large and comfortable with good bathroom. Loved the breakfast - efficient waitress service and wonderful choice of hot cooked dishes. Convenient for what is really the only tourist site - the old castle with its interesting collection of traditional farming implements and local life.

I visited Olivenza and i choosed Palacio Arteaga to stay. I have found it a cozy place to spend a night. The only thing that really anoyed me was the fact that they forgot my wake-up call. (they told me: "no se preocupe, caballero!" and i just trusted them! bad choice!) I could have visited more places (that closed early)...

We would have expected MUCH more from this hotel... Two nights there, two mornings shower with COLD water. Impossible to reach the reception by phone (always busy) and when we complained, the staff said they were sorry but all rooms were busy and there was nothing they could do (?!). Long wait at breakfast, there is one girl that does...

A welcoming hotel in a beautiful building on a pedestrian street in the centre of Olivenza (park your car in the Plaza de España, a few minutes walk away). The hotel has a bar, breakfast area, and restaurant, very comfortable rooms, and the staff are attentive and friendly. There is no minibar, but drinks are brought to your room on...
