This is a beautiful, clean, comfortable and peaceful pousada with a very nice sustainability efforts as it's driving force. The chalet rooms are large, bright and clean - equipped down to the emergency light which was needed for a short while when a thunderstorm knocked out the power. The grounds have a nice social area with a snack/drink bar as well as a swimming pool. The breakfast and dinner were excellent and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely return here.

This ecohotel is a very quiet and enjoyable place to stay if you are tired, stressed or you just love nature!! It has very cozy chalets and a huge green area, which is perfect to relax in net, chair, or just lay down in the grass. It is so near to the touristic points of Morretes, Curitiba, and Parana's Coast, and also so far from city issues. I would definitely return next time in Brazil.

We arrived by train from Curitiba to find we were the only guests staying that night. The owners were out of town and the woman working at reception spoke no English which in combination with our lack of Portuguese was a little disconcerting at first but with the help of technology (google translate) everything worked out fine. The spectacular place to sit back and relax. Our cabin was clean, unfortunately wifi only worked at the reception area, not in the cabins. The restaurant on site wasn't open but with help from the very kind staff we were able to get a cab into town. Would recommend a car while staying here. Although we were also lucky enough to get a ride into town to the bus station from the hotel staff. Hospitality was top notch.

A nice small pousada with beautiful and clean chalets, great breakfast and super friendly hosts. Very peaceful and silent place - ideal for those travelers who want to relax. Tea and coffee was always available at the reception. The only thing that missed was a hair drier.I would definitely come back if crossing morretes again!

From their welcome to their goodbyes, hosts Emilio and Denise never ceased with kindness and generosity. I was constantly awestruck with the beautiful backdrop of rainforest and mountain peaks against the well groomed landscaping of the pousada. The chalets are spacious and clean offering all of the modern amenities-including roomy shower in an updated bathroom, stocked mini fridge, and AC. The hosts provided breakfast every morning with an array of local fruits, yogurt, and pastries in an adorable breakfast nook off the reception office, but they also have a larger restaurant on the property offering lunch for non-guests on the weekends and other events. One of the best aspects of the pousada is the location. It is close to the town of Morretes, which filled with great shops and restaurants and is surrounded by hiking trails, rivers for summer tubing, many distilleries, and even a brewery. I look forward to my next visit and stay at Casas di Monte Ecopousada.

The hosts Denise and Emilio go above and beyond with hospitality. The Chalets are very clean and very comfortable. The beds are cozy with warm blankets for winter nights and the rooms are equipped with Air Conditioners for hot summer nights! The stocked mini fridge came in handy several thirsty nights. The Chalets are situated in a bunch near the edge of the property lending a great view of the "yard", pool, restaurant, and other areas. This Ecopousada is great for groups traveling together if you rent out all the Chalets, but it's also great for a nice getaway for two, honeymoons, etc. Breakfast was served at our leisure every morning. The hosts put a lovely spread of yogurts, fruit, cereals, cheeses, deli meat, and more! Their restaurant located nearby served delicious meals...and the desserts... the desserts were to die for and this is coming from someone who NEVER eats desserts. They are simply magical. The hosts are also fluent English speakers, which was nice for me a (embarrassed) non-Portuguese speaker. The Ecopousada is located close to the shopping and dining areas of Morretes. I would say an easy 15 to 20 minute walk or a quick bike ride. If I am lucky enough to travel to Brazil again you'll find me at Casas Di Monte Ecopousada!

what a beautiful place, it's scenery is simply amazing, the chalets are nice, clean and spacious! the friendliness of the people is incredible, the customer service was simply amazing, nothing is too much for them, from picking us up from a restaurant in town to dropping us of at the train station after our stay. And when we spoke to the owner who told us the plans they are having with the land they've obtained, they hope to build a school for the kids in town to improve education in the area, this made our stay feel even more special. we can't recommend it enough! the restaurant on site, O Celeiro, is also beautiful and serves fantastic local food! All in all, the brilliant customer service, the beautiful location/scenery and the amazing food made our stay here an absolute joy!

The chalet I stayed in was spacious and well appointed. The room looked out on incredible scenery. The bathroom was large and filled with soft, adsorbent, fluffy linens. The TV had full cable service. This room was large enough for my entire family although I was by myself this time. It was nice to sit at the table and relax. It was hard to pick wether I wanted to swing in the colorful hammock or enjoy the breeze seated on my porch. It was so peaceful and refreshing looking at the sun set over the mountains. I especially enjoyed coffee and cake in the pergola by the pool. The water was heated over a wood burning oven. Flowers everywhere and lots of beautiful birds.
