My husband and I stayed at the Couples Resort for our "babymoon" in February. We stayed in a master junior sweet. The room was very large and really enjoyable. We spent most of our time in the room enjoying all of the amenities, especially the wood burning fireplace (by far the

This was our third visit to the Couples Resort, our first was back in 2008 - 11 years ago and I can honestly say it looks exactly the same, unfortunately the decor that looked nice then now looks and feels dated. The main reason we go up is to have our own private hot tub on

Went with my husband for a couple of nights between Christmas and New Years to get away from the city and have a relaxing time. So much for that. 1. Not enough staff. Every time you call, you have to wait forever or call back a bunch of times until someone picks up. 2. But they

My wife and I have gone about 4-5 times over the past couple of years. We've stayed in a variety of different rooms all stunning. From the outside it looks good but once you’re inside not so much. My biggest complaint would be the staff with the spa massage. We did it the

We have visited four times and enjoy both winter and summer amenities. The private hot tub, delicious meals and spa makes this a wonderfully relaxing experience. In summer we brought our boat and loved to explore the lake and then relax by the pool. In winter we loved the

Their web site is extensive. Click “menu” then “rooms” to get details on each type of accomodation. To get prices, click “book now” -fill in the top line with date of stay ( any date just to get info). You can put in various dates because some days of the week cost more and suites are different. eg. 3rd floor is more than 2nd floor. We love the villas and top floor exotics but make our decision on cost since you get basically the same amenities. Every room faces Lake Galeairy and is close to the water’s edge. Probably best from the Chateaux BUT they are pricey. Every deck or patio has an outdoor hot tub. And every room has a jacuzzi and wood burning fireplace. They currently have no firewood charge but there is a $20/night parking fee. They are strictly no tipping. And there is NO corkage for wine you take to the dining room. Breakfast and 5 course dinner are included. No extra charge for meals in your room which includes a small dining area ( bistro table). It is almost all inclusive plus there are special packages you can add on. They also lend free Algonquin Park passes. Entertainment is easy listening music during dinner usually a solo guitar or piano, duo or trio. Very relaxing. It occurs MOST nights but not every night. Enjoy your stay.

The Spa Villas arevery nice but views are of the river with some pines. The main lodge type room have good view especially on the second floor. All rooms have outdoor hot tubs and the Villas have large spa tubs in room plus beautiful showers. Entertainment is a singer guitarist at dinner on weekends and a nice game room with pool tables darts and another game. This all included.

I'd call the hotel directly directly - That makes most sense to me. They have a bunch of different rooms and packages. It is highly doubtful that anyone on trip advisor would be able to accurately quote you a price for 2 specific nights. Good luck to you.
