Hotel rooms large and well maintained. Forget about television-unless you speak Chinese the only thing is BBC world. Breakfast is survivable as opposed to some comments-most of it is Chinese but there are some western dishes. Same applies to hotel supper-there is a western menu-limited but its available. I am vegetarian which always presents a big problem in China .... More

This was a very good hotel in an area not frequented by foreigners. That said, it is great by Chinese standards, but average for Westerners. The positive: good sized rooms, comfortable beds, clean bedding. We stayed in a suit which also included a seating area, and we had a room on an upper floor which afforded nice views of an... More

Hotel was good for short stay. Rooms were big, neat and clean. Location of hotel and city view from the top floor rooms was superb. I would not suggest you to have breakfast in hotel. Hotel provided separate hi-speed WiFi that help me a lot in my business trip. Staffs are not familiar with English but if you can write... More

Hotel rooms were very run down based on N. American standards, needed to be scrubbed down badly! For some reason it was ranked #1 under tripadvisor, would not recommend this hotel at all for Western travelers.

Hotel was very probably the best stay and best value for the money in Lianyungang. I did have the breakfast and it was not as bad as what some previous posts said. Good location in town as well.

OK, there's no reason to visit Lianyungang unless you have business there. This is the best joint in town. Big rooms, the front staff are all very friendly. (The young kids probably get work experience and high tail it to Beijing, Shanghai or elsewhere!!). Breakfast is a rather dismal affair, set up in a dank basement area whilst the upstairs... More
