My husband and I spent XMAs at the hotel this year, and we will definitely come back again soon. Our room was spacious and nice, designed in the Austrian alpine style, with a four-poster bed, french windows and a balcony, desk, sitting area, large bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet and Dressing room. The only thing missing were tea...

Location is like a peace of heaven, Spa was extraordinary. They have towels available in every corner plus dried fruits and nuts and really good tea...some spring waters from the region. If I want to describe this hotel in one world, is generosity but it was also pretty pricey hotel also so that was sort of expected!! The biggest downside...

We have been in this hotel 6 times over a period of 18 years and have never been disappointed. Positive points: - We had a very nice family room, with a separation for our son - service is extremely friendly and helpful. - Great food - large variety, juice and water free of charge - sauna and wellness applications exceptional,...

In absolute terms, this place is like heaven on Earth. All the spaces are designed to make you feel in a small family hotel even when the structure is full. For examples, small dining rooms instead of a bigger one is a lovely touch. Rooms, spa, wellness, service.... everything is perfect, and sometimes goes beyond perfection. There was only one...

This hotel was recommended by a dear friend. It was a our first time. What stood out throughout our stay (10 nights) was the friendliness off each and every member of the Alpenrose Family. No request was too much and anything was possible. The wellness area was excellent. The meals can be enjoyed in various places, called "stuben". Big ones,...

We had an extended family trip (grandparents, parents and two kids 9 and 5) to the Alpenrose and it was a real 5 star experience. The food and rooms were excellent but what made it very special was the excellent friendly staff who could not be more helpful. My parents do not speak any German (and ours is limited) but...
