We had a fantastic stay. This resort is beautiful. It was so quiet and convenient to restaurants, stores and beach. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It wasn’t far to go into Thira or Oia. We used taxi service arranged by resort and was able to arrange directly with them our return trip. Breakfast buffet was awesome. I would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back.

Just arrived back from this Hotel it was a beautiful place to stay. The Hotel is spotless, the staff are extremely friendly and even though some can't speak a lot of English they go out of their way to get you what you ask for. We stayed in a suite with a lounge area over two floors with a view over the pool again very clean and spacious. We stayed half board good value and great that dinner can be swapped for lunch. Had a look at the newly renovated Luxury suites across the road beautiful rooms with swim out suites fantastic if you want to spend a little extra. I would recommend this Hotel so much so our son is visiting this week. Would definitely return.

It was our first family holiday (6 month old) and our first trip to Santorini. Staff - unbelievably good. The breakfast bunch in particular were excellent. Kept us and the little man entertained continually! Food - there was a great choice at breakfast and it didn't disappoint. I love Bugatsa and the fact they had it everyday was a bonus! Coffee kept coming and it was nice to enjoy it by the pool every day. Pools - loads of them, clean, quiet and not cold. Other guests - from all over from what we could gather. Uk, Ireland, France, USA, Greece and likely loads of other places. All friendly, happy to have a chat and just nice folk. Location - loads of restaurants and bars a 4 min walk away. Tonnes of choice, and then plenty of ice cream stands, mini markets and shops. The guys outside restaurants trying to get you in aren't annoying and are relatively entertaining! Random find - a little Irish bar on a backstreet had the rugby World Cup on which was a touch! Trips - bus was £1 ish to get to Fira (worth a trip) and another £1 to Oia l. Both places a must visit and takes 20 mins / 50 mins respectively which is nothing. We got an uber home and that wasn't pricey either. Rooms - big, clean, cleaned daily, had everything we needed and a great terrace for us to sit at whilst the little man was asleep. Not in it much but was lovely when we were. Great little boutique hotel. Unless you're used to 5****** OTT luxury then you'll not be disappointed here. …

One street back from the beach, so a nice private oasis from what is a very seaside type of resort. HOTEL POSITIVES: Spotlessly clean Incredible staff & service Great rooms & immaculate housekeeping Good breakfast Excellent facilities HOTEL NEGATIVES: None. When there we got buses to Fira (20mins), walked from there to Oia (3 hours with proper walking shoes) and used local types of tavernas to eat, so can't comment on the restaurant food at the hotel. Kamari is a holiday resort so bars restaurants and shops and not a lot else. If you are looking for some winter sun as a couple in October I cannot recommend this place enough. Nothing is too much trouble, you know it's well managed and I have never seen staff mop clean and polish as much as they do here. We would return.

What a fantastic hotel. The facilities were superb, but what really makes it are the staff. Nothing was ever too much trouble and always with a friendly smile. They were interested in you and took the time to get to know you without being intrusive. A brilliant holiday!!

This place is beautiful including the attitude of the amazing staff that work here- having read some of the less than favourable reviews you can’t help being a little apprehensive. however, based on my honest opinion. ignore the haters! The food is utterly delicious, if I had to eat the pork or chicken skewers for the rest of my life, i’d die happy! The rooms are bright, airy and clean, the staff are extremely polite, attentive and can’t do enough for you- we are still here now, couldn’t be happier

Where do we start. We had an amazing time. The staff are wonderful and very professional. We were greeted when we arrived and had our luggage taking to our room. Once we got to the room we realised that they have upgraded our room to the master suite! We was amazed. The food was excellent and would recommend the half bored option to anyone. The staff at the restaurant were so good! They made us very welcomed and made sure we was well looked after, so Thank-you to every single one of you! The reception team was great! Anything we needed they sorted it out for us. Truly amazing people! The hotel in general is very classy, we’ll maintained The cleaner made sure our room was all stocked and cleaned every morning! She is amazing and a very pleasant lady! Thankyou all so much! We will be back:) 5/5 for everything. Not a single bad word about it…

Perfect! Book it … everything was wonderful! Hotel is small & therefore service excellent - literally 2 mins walk from main area of bars & restaurants! Honestly so glad we stayed in Kamari & particularly this hotel. Easy to get to Fira & Oia which are both VERY busy.

I had to write a review to recommend the Kastelli Resort. From the moment we booked, the Kastelli staff has been so helpful. Little bit of context: my husband and I were meant to leave the UK for our honeymoon on the 28th September. Unfortunately due the air traffic control failure, our whole holiday got cancelled. We were devastated. We rang the resort the morning after to explain our situation and they managed to find my husband and I a room for the following week. The hotel was so popular that we have to move rooms during the stay but we got to experience the Luxury suites and 2 superior double rooms. We couldn't have been more thankful. The rooms are exactly like described on the website. Spotless ! The housekeeping was great too. Very attentive to details (eg, we use milk in our teas and we always had extra each day which we really appreciated) The resort was fully booked but it never felt over crowded or the staff not available for service or a chat. The fact there are 4 pools help to ensure you can find a spot around one of them any day (which isn't the case everywhere) Lastly, all the tips that Mike, Dimitrios or Victoria about the island, trips to do, things to hire were spot on! You can definitely trust them. To sum it all, we had an amazing honeymoon and it was massively thanks to the resort. A real treat, exactly what we were looking for for our honeymoon.…

I stayed at the Santorini Kastelli Resort for 4 nights. The hotel is very beautiful and within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and shops. It was very clean and well kept, the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. I stayed in an upgraded suite with a lounge area over two floors with a semi-private pool that I shared with 2 other suites. The many pools onsite were kept clean and were all spacious, I did not witness any crowding during my time there. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast, which was lovely. The hotel is situated close to the bus that takes you into other parts of the island, if you prefer not to go by taxi (the taxi ride can vary in pricing from $35-60 Euro depending on location and time of day, but the bus will only cost about $2-$4 Euro depending if you are going into Fira or Oia). I was also able to arrange many tours to pick me up directly from the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you prefer to stay somewhere convenient, yet away from the busy hectic traffic of Oia or Fira. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunrise or sunset on the black beach that is only a few km away.…
