Where do I start about this great hotel ? Communication when booking was fantastic , everything was organized exceptionally by savvas and his team ! Our transfer was great also organized by the hotel , on arrival met with a cocktail , great touch ! This hotel is set around 1 minute walk from the beach , fabulous location !Our room was spacious , very tastefully decorated and air con kept the room perfectly cool ! The pool area is beautiful and kept spotlessly clean by Nikkos who also makes the most amazing cocktails , big shout out to our new favorite Barman 👏🏻.... breakfast is served on the balcony in your room and there is a massive selection to choose from and definitely something for everyone ! Nothing is ever too much trouble for savvas and his team to organize for you at this hotel ... they will simply make it happen ! Would we stay again ??? In an absolute heartbeat ! This hotel is brand new. All rooms renovated and very clean. It has a breakfast menu which is served on the balcony and house keeping clean you room on daily basis. It is close to the beach bars and shops . Very helpful staff and excellent location.

My fiance and I stayed in Kalya Suites before our wedding in Santorini.
When we first arrived, the hotel owner was waiting outside with a big smile on his face to welcome us in.
The rooms were very modern, just like in the pictures. You order the breakfast every day on a slip and request whatever you want from the options, you pick a time too and they will hand deliver it each morning to your room and put it out on your balcony for you.
The pool was pretty quiet when we were there. Always a lounger available and rarely anyone in the pool.
The location was perfect for anyone wanting to visit Kamari - it is around 1 minute walk to the beach and you're right on the beach front with all of the bars and restaurants.
Nikos who works in the bar was brilliant, always asking us about our day or offering to make us any drink we would like. The owner would also come and chat regularly to residents. Everyone worked very hard, it was great to see them all take pride in their hotel and work so hard to make sure every guest was happy. The hotel is very popular and was fully booked when we visited, so make sure you book early.
The hotel is exactly as it is pictured, a small boutique hotel, modern and very clean, nothing to fault. They have the breakfast options each day and there is a bar snacks menu too.
Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to be local to Kamari and looking for somewhere quiet to stay. Especially if you're an aeroplane enthusiast - you'll understand what I mean when you visit!
Definitely recommend, the staff couldn't do more for you and the rooms and hotel are great! (The air con also worked brilliantly as us brits always get hot in warm climates, but this one was perfect!)
Also - all staff have been double vaccinated, so safe in pandemic times.

We stayed just for one night as a quick stopover before flying home…what a shame we did not stay longer! Rooms were impeccable. Clean, modern and after two weeks of uncomfortable mattresses finally a really good night sleep.
Breakfast was delicious albeit felt bad that we ordered too much by accident. Could not fault the quality.
Only thing is the pool is quite small but nice for getting the sun and a dip, the kids still had a great time!
What makes this place really stand out is the service. From the moment we’re greeted by the owner to the moment he helped us load the taxi him and his team couldn’t do more for us. I am not exaggerating the whole team were fantastic and so many hotels could learn from them about how to look after guests. The owner has instilled a great culture and should be very proud!
If we visit the island again I would not hesitate to return to this hotel for a few days!

Kalya suites is an oasis of peace in lively high season Kamari. Yet literally 30 seconds from the beaches and all the restaurants. Which makes it a perfect location.
The rooms are perfectly clean and very tastefully decorated. Greek modern style with simple pure lines that make the little sophisticated details pop. A big little plus: there is an iron in the room to make your outfits perfect for your pictures in beautiful Santorini.
The breakfast of your choice is served in your room every morning, so you can enjoy it in the most comfortable bed EVER.
The pool area is so relaxing it made us skip the sea from time to time. What you see from the pictures is exactly how it is in reality.
Everything was perfect, but what makes the real difference here, is the people. Greeks are known for their hospitality, but here is a whole other level! Nikos, the bartender, had only one sentence for us: “everything is possible my lady” and it really was! Refreshing when you are from Switzerland and everything can be a bit complicated. And the owner, Savvas, with the most charming smile, is the soul of the place and he puts his heart out there to welcome you in the the best way ever possible.
It was an unforgettable experience for me and my daughter.

We've recently returned from our stay at Kalya Suites. This is a very special place. The recent refurbishment has been done to a very high standard, is clean comfortable & extremely welcoming,with everything you could need robes slippers pool towels all of which are of good quality. The beds are sooooo comfortable extremely high though your legs dangle off the edge especially if like me you're vertically challenged 😂 Savvas Poppi & the staff are amazing,friendly polite & nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is lovely freshly made & delivered to your terrace/balcony. The pool area is lovely & spotless as is the lovely little bar. The location is perfect for everything. We've just returned from a week's stay in the Kalya Suites and it was simply perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful, it's really clean and it's in a perfect location, just 30 metres from the beach and restaurants. You order the day before and breakfast is served on your terrace or balcony. The pool area is cleaned every morning and is absolutely spotless.. Loved the jacuzzi as well! Our room (No 8) was clean and spacious and overlooked the pool area. Bed was really comfy and the much needed air con was excellent! There was also a fridge in our room and a basket of 'snacks' both of which were replenished daily. There is a supermarket across the road and another one near the beach. We weren't flying out until close to midnight on our leaving day but we could use the facilities around the pool and they had a shower / toilet down in reception. The food is lovely and the 'chips' are amazing! Thank you so much to all the staff, especially Panda & Popi.. 👍

We usually arrive in Santorini before moving to the small Cyclades, this year we reserved a room for 4 in Kalya suites the first and the last night of our holiday. Great Location in Kamari near all the restaurants and beach. Rooms very big and clean, all the rooms are new. There is a small swimming pool but very comfortable. Great breakfast served in our balcony. They can also organize transfert for port and airport. Definitely I will come in Kalya Suites again! Big hugs to Savva the owner! Thank you !

Our stay at Kalya Suites could not have been better. The second we arrived it felt like home. The warmest of welcomes before heading to our spotless spacious room which was beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfy and we slept so well before being greeted with breakfast on our balcony which was delicious. The location is fantastic and we enjoyed getting up for sunrise and walking for 30 seconds to the beach. Thank you to Savvas and his team for making this such a great trip. We will be back for sure!

Just returned from Kalya Suites and had the best few days before we headed to Firostefani. Have stayed in six or seven places in Santorini over the past couple of years and pound for pound, Kalya was the best I have stayed. Super relaxing family-like atmosphere.
The rooms were spotless, perfectly sized and the beds super comfy; the pool was as perfect as it looks in the pics and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Pantelis behind the bar is so personable, as was Savvas who made one of the best Old Fashioned we’ve had. The women (sorry i didn’t catch their names) were incredibly friendly too and accommodating. Also, shout out to the cleaning staff who was always on it! Your chosen breakfast to order on your balcony was brilliant and the cocktails and drinks, were amazing and very reasonably priced.
Even though we had the view of Caldera in Firostefani, we would have preferred to have stayed the whole week in Kalya which says a lot. Much more relaxing and personable stay. I can imagine they get a lot of repeat stayers as we shall be when we return; hopefully later in the year or 2023.
