Stayed in July this year. Very clean hotel. No major complaints. Only one room key per room which can get annoying if the person you're sharing with wants to go for a sleep or chill in the room you have to get a spare key from reception. Food was acceptable, nothing amazing but good value for what we paid. The... More

From the minute we walked through the fantastic entrance we felt welcomed and comfortable. Room was a very high standard. We unfortunately happened to visit during the worst storms in many a year but even that was handled well by the family that run the hotel. Dimitri was a great 'general manager'. The food was a good standard but could... More

All in all good hotel, Great facilities and good staff. Only thing to let it down was the food. Was a little walk to the strip which was fine!. Stayed here for 2 weeks and loved it alot. Very family friendly or for friends on 'lads' and 'girls' holidays. Would stay again!

Straight forward checkin. Good room with massive balcony overlooking the pool. Great atmosphere created by excellent staff and the hotel family owners. They couldn't do enough for us even though the hotel was winding down towards the end of season closure. The chef prepared a large variety of food to a dwindling number of guests. The hotel was spotlessly clean... More

Hotel was great and staff were lovely I loved the food (great selection) Not on the strip so great for no noise pollution, would recommend :)

I stayed here with my husband in mid September. It's a small really nice hotel with hard working staff that make it amazing. It is a 10 minute walk down a quiet road to get to the start of the laganas strip. The surroundings are beautiful, views of Olivia groves & mountains with horses, chickens and the odd donkey wandering... More

We stayed at the Pallas between 16/09/2016 and 23/09/2016 and can honestly say we could not fault it. We where 3rd on the drop off list from the airport so happy days. The food was varied and plentiful. Hot breakfast if required and plenty of other choices. If you miss breakfast there are snacks at the bar between 11:00 and... More

Stayed here for a week at start of September, hotel was very clean and the all inclusive menu was good, every day had something different and was always tasty. Stayed on first floor overlooking pool, there is a lift so didn't have to carry luggage up stairs. Mixture of guests of all ages, I did have to go out into... More
