The Hotel is beautiful, its up a hill away from the main strip. So peaceful When we where there there was older and younger guests. We had no problem with any, but the Hotel needs to sort out who it wants to aim for. Older guests complained about the young, the young where lively, but well mannered. The staff where all brilliant, the Restaurant Manager was a good bloke, read a couple of negative comments, and I don't understand them. Just be descent folks.

Firstly, we had an excellent week at the Pallas Hotel and thought that it would be helpful to share our experience : Staff: Friendly, attentive and helpful (everyone from receptionist to the cleaner). Food: Great choice for a smaller hotel, and quality was very good. Some of the best dishes repeated a few times but that was great as they were really nice. All meals only served at set times but snacks are available to order at the bar by the pool in-between times. A few negatives here: - Dinner service doesn't start until 7pm...maybe not ideal for everyone. - Restaurant only has soft drinks (a few had glass of wine bought in from bar). - Scooped ice cream available only during meal service. You can get branded ice cream by the bar but you have to pay.. Drinks: Local spirits which are not watered down & generously poured :) however wine takes a little to get used to. Drinks are free until 11pm (thereafter you have to pay which is unusual in an all-inclusive hotel). Room: We had the Junior Suite with jacuzzi facing the pool. Great room with fridge (a bit noisy). Good size TV that you can only watch YouTube or login on your Netflix account (which was fine for us). Pool: Saltwater & cold......perfect on hot days!! Pool doesn't open until 10am which is not ideal. Not many people left during our stay so not sure on sun-bed situation in high season however did look like there was enough to cover. One annoyance was the cleaners shouting across the pool to each other every morning for approx 30 minutes. Cleanliness: Hotel & restaurant are immaculate. Room clean (but wife did comment after a few days that the floor could do with a wipe. One negative, our jacuzzi wasn't very clean when we first arrived. I had read this comment on TA before we booked so knew that I had to go to reception & asked for it to be cleaned. It was then cleaned same day. Location: Laganas strip is 10-12 minute walk, and in October it's quiet. The beach is a further 10 minute stroll to the end of the strip. Beach is excellent, clean and has nice tavernas literally on the beach edge. Also at 9.30am you can catch a small road-train for £7 which takes you (indirectly) to Zakinthos Town. A really nice experience & Zakinthos Town is wonderful, with lots of shops & boutiques. We would highly recommend!! Laganas is known as the party town of Zante & this is evident when walking down the main strip by the number of nightclubs. The strip will no doubt get very busy at high season. The hotel is quite secluded so ideal for a quiter stay. Overall we had a great stay, and are planning to go back next year (which is unusual for us as we like to go to new places). Yamas!!

Lovely hotel, has recently been renovated to a high standard. The staff were most of them but very nice and friendly however there was a few lacking customer service skills and actually didn't even want to communicate with tourists. They only looked ever Happy When the boss was around or the tui lady was there. the lady that completed the salad in the evening demonstrated customer service skills, she could do to teaching other staff. It is a shame to have a lovely hotel and staff can't be bothered. the food okay it's always a variety. I however most of the time you've got to the table it was lukewarm.the drinks ok. Just bit to sugary for me. But could get water. the rooms were cleaned for a very high standard and the shower was excellent. The bed was excellent best night sleep. A long walk to the beach. at night time it's a dark walk down. The strip was not our kind place. But there is a restaurateur on the beach a few days and started about the excellent island

A lovely hotel, decorated so nicely and modern, staff are all kind and helpful, rooms are a nice size and everything was clean, one pool outside which is lovely, buffet food was good but not always much variety from day to day. Free drinks with all inclusive including some cocktails, beds were comfy, mini fridge in room and not far from the strip

My partner and I booked this hotel, very last minute ,1 week from the end of September to October, so 14 days total..after reading all the positive reviews, and even researching a few videos on YouTube we knew it was the right choice, especially when we had 14 perfect days of bliss ,the staff were lovely and friendly, from day one, the room was very clean and very cool due to the air con, very very comfy beds..it was very modern for Greece.. a nice balcony, and the tv had Netflix and prime installed too, it was the smallest hotel we v stayed in but that was perfect because no over crowding by the pool which was small and not too deep, and because the season was nearing an end made it even more enjoyable, as for the food, which was sooo delicious and lovely especially the absolutely amazing salads prepared by the friendly, lovely and gorgeous chrysi the chef..she made the best salads iv ever tasted ,especially the best caesar salad iv ever tasted in my life.. so a big thank you to chrysi,..the hotel was in a remote location, which made it even more peaceful, slight downside was you either had to catch a cab to the main strip or a 10 minute leisurely walk which was not a problem, apart from that we had a fantastic stay and very sad to leave, but we will certainly be back and 100% recommend this hotel to anyone, thank you to all the staff at Pallas hotel who made our stay truly perfect and unforgettable xox

My husband and myself spent a week here from 29th September 2023. What a lovely little hotel this is. Due to it being almost end of season it was extremely quiet, which we quite liked. No issues with sun loungers as you had your pick of them. The food in restaurant was lovely and fresh and varied most days. Only point I could make regarding the food is that it could be a little warmer, but this wasn't a big issue as everything was very tasty. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and always spoke when they saw you. The room was big enough, clean and beds/pillows were comfortable. We were overlooking the main road but didn't find this an issue as it was relatively quiet. The walk into town didn't even take 10 minutes. As it was coming into end of season it was quite quiet and a few places were closed. However, there was still places to eat and have a drink. Not the nicest of towns as it is pretty grubby. Should you visit Laganas then I would highly recommend heading to The Country restaurant as the food here is amazing and very tasty. Would most certainly visit the hotel again, but would avoid peak season. Should you like a quiet laid back holiday with some lovely sunshine, then perhaps the end of September would be the ideal time to go. Weather was around 30 degrees most days.

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights from end of September until the start of October.. definitely a hidden gem! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL, I have stayed in 5* hotels that weren’t a patch on this. Absolutely stunning place!! We first stayed in the jacuzzi room for the first 2 nights, the room was huge! Unfortunately the jacuzzi didn’t work after the first day the water turned cold and we were told we can’t touch any buttons as the bubbles only work when the water was cold, but the night before the water was warm and the bubbles worked - that was literally the only negative we had! We upgraded our room to the private pool room which was half the size (makes no sense how we paid extra for this) but it was absolutely gorgeous. Note that the pool isn’t really private as the pools next door is accessible, the pool is cold though, and the main pool as they aren’t heated but lovely when it’s really warm to cool you down. The food was the best I’ve ever had all inclusive, a nice variety something for everyone. The lady chef was so lovely and welcoming, and the presentation of her fresh salads were gorgeous. I would say this hotel is definitely for couples and two or three friends max. I can see why they don’t want young drunk people here. The location of the hotel is a good 20 min walk to the beach, and 10 mins to the top of the laganas strip. Definitely hire a quad or car and explore the rest of the island it’s absolutely gorgeous. Tsivili was a beautiful place especially of an evening! I would 100% recommend this hotel, the staff are lovely especially Dina on reception. Thank you we can’t wait to return!

The hotel is aesthetically beautiful the revamp has been done so well. The rooms are lovely and modern, as is the bar, pool & restaurant. No complaints in regards to the actual hotel. Location wise, if you plan to visit the strip or beach be prepared to walk. Its about 25mins to the beach and maybe 10 to the top of the strip. The problem with the hotel was some of the staff. They were just plain rude. The restaurant manager had such a bad attitude and took an instant disliking to some people and that was it your card was marked. He would ignore us, bring other tables glasses of wine etc. Sometimes he would ignore clearing my table. One of the evening barman was similar he was snappy, arrogant and would refuse you more than one drink even if you were getting this for a friend. But only if you are young! The hotel needs to have a serious staff meeting and address these issues. But as previous comments have said i don't think they want anybody under 30 at the hotel. They just take a dislike to young people no matter how you behave you are all tarred with the same brush. The food was fairly decent, i always managed to find something to eat, albeit i think some of the meal time frames were pretty short. The drinks were ok, all spirits are like 30% so lesser than branded spirits. The cocktails are very basic, the wine is awful. Reception staff, the lovely lady that made salads, and one of the chefs were lovely people really hospitable Greek examples unlike the restaurant manager & moody barman. I don't think i would visit again, purely because of the location, the resort and moody staff.

I loved my stay at Pallas hotel, it was immaculate and had a very luxurious feel for good value for money. The buffet food was always delicious, especially chef Chrysi's evening cold buffet and wonderfully presented salads. The evening entertainment was also tons of fun, definitely would visit again.

My partner and I spent 7 days here and everything has exceeded our expectations. After reading the reviews we were wary of a few things, but we found everything to be a perfect balance. The hotel is quiet and a 10 minute walk away from laganas town and the strip, so it is on your doorstep if you want it but great to get away from the craziness. The food was brilliant, best I’ve had on an all inclusive holiday, great variety and very good quality. It is frustrating that the waiters don’t take drinks orders, so if you want any alcoholic drinks you have to go the bar outside to get it and bring it in yourself. The ladies in the restaurant were all extremely polite and really lovely, however the atmosphere in the restaurant was completely ruined by the male waiter who would whistle at them and treated the customers rudely. We often found ourselves vacating the restaurant hastily as he made us feel uncomfortable. Conversely, we then retreated to the bar outside where we were treated brilliantly by Chris and made to feel very welcome. This seemed the same with all guests which made for a great bar environment. Overall, I am surprised this is a 3 star hotel, I have been to worse 5 stars. If the cleanliness was more consistent and there were a few more facilities, I’d have happily paid much more for our stay. We would definitely return.
