We love the Seaworld resort on the Gold Coast. This is our 3rd year staying there and our stay was just as enjoyable this time as it was the first time. The staff and service are fantastic. The pool area amazing the only negative is the car park which is very small for a resort of this size. I can...

I think this resort needs a bit of an upgrade. We were expecting much more and more special 'moments' or 'perks' because we were guests. Things to improve could be character breakfasts, pool service, cocktails by the pool, resort friendly service - staff do not say hi. A more visible kids club of kids having fun. Pool games hosted by...

We stayed at this resort for two nights while visiting Sea World. The hotel itself is nothing special; the rooms are spacious and nice enough, and the staff were friendly and professional. The main attraction is that it offers an extremely convenient way of visiting Sea World over several days, not least for families. Kids will also enjoy the large...

Clean spacious accommodation Avoid the buffet restaurant food is not good and poor service. Al a carte is much better and does not cost much more. The pool is monitored by very vigilant life guards. Very busy during school holidays

Hello Debbie278, thankyou for the review. Our lifeguards do a fantastic job looking after the pool area, especially during busy months.

Most disappointing was the Monorail. There was no A/C and on one of the hottest days of the year (35 degrees) it was hot and stuffy and hard to focus on the outside view and attractions. Bringing your own food in is not allowed (only fruit and water) therefore you are forced to buy. Two serves of. chips 4 soft...

It is a very good option for a sunny day, especially of having the all entry ticket. You have to go early though cause can get crowded. It is smaller than the Orlando one but still good and with many side attractions like whale watching, snorkeling, etc.

Sea World really need to spend some money on this attraction. Over priced for what it is. Rides were closed and for the ones open the limited shading options for people waiting in line particularly children was disgraceful. Improvements need to come quick and fast. To be homest we were in and out within hours and we had seen everything.

The hotel is showing its age. We were in a renovated room which was ok. The pool was packed and dirty. The kids slides closed at 5pm just when you wanted to us them after a day at the park. The mono rail stopped at your door but it was always packed so you had to walk to park.It wasn't...

It is meant to be one of the main attractions in Queensland. But in my opinion the "Resort" looks old and not well maintained, the buildings were the rooms are located are screaming for a renovation. Staff attending the cafe/bar in the lobby lack of hospitality and sense of customer service. Water attractions for kids not in service most of...
