We’ve just spent a week here in our caravan.
The park is kept spotlessly today and the facilities are very well maintained. The showers are hot with plenty of water ... nice! Washing machines are $5 a load.

we had our caravan at beach front position otherwise its just another caravan park the amenities I had to complain about as all the toilets were covered in fesses not nice to visit in the morning and I would think being a council park they could afford a stronger flushing system

Hi Wayne W, We are sorry that your recent stay at our Park was not a pleasurable experience, our staff work hard to try and make our facilities and ammenities clean and tidy for our Guests. When unforeseen things do happen between their cleans and checks, we do encourage all guests of the park to report to the office immediately that way we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. Your feedback has been passed onto our Operations Facility Manager in regards to our Ammenities. We do ongoing training with our staff and we thank you for your information in relation to the shortfalls on this training that you experienced. We are now in the progress of waiting on new tennis racquets to be delivered and hope that you will be able to test these out on your next stay with us. We hope to see you again soon fort another holiday. Warmest Regards Tally Team

Friendly and accomodating staff, heaps of amenities, facilities very well maintained. Nice shady campsites - we were near the busy road but had the entire area to ourselves. Will definitely return. Keep up the good work!!!

We have previously stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed it. This visit left us feeling disappointed. We stayed in a waterfront cabin that was sadly tucked a bit behind other cabins. The cabin itself had a dirty floor, no handles on the fridge to open it , air con in the lounge area

Hi poppi66, Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay, we appreciate this feedback both positive and negative so that we can work better to make your stay an enjoyable one. The cabins tucked behind the waterfront villa are actually a different category, these are our standard villas. Our park has 5 different categories of villas, I apologise if staff did not explain this to you. I have passed the list of concerns onto our grounds and housekeeping managers to check the villa so that things mentioned can be fixed and rectified moving forward, we do keep batteries in reception incase they are needed to be replaced at anytime during your stay. We hope that we see you again in a future stay. Warmest Regards Tally Team

The acting manageress was very rude and arrogant. Had no customer service skills. Would not stay again or would not recommend staying there to anyone. Nice park but bad service.
Thank you for your feedback, however without details of why you feel this way I cannot address your concerns in regards to bad customer service. Happy to chat with you if would like to send an email. Safe travels smiles Donna Harrison
