It was the first time we had stayed at this place and while the apartement was large enough there were some very disappointing aspects. The general appearance on first look was okay but on closer inspection there were lots of things that needed a good clean. The runners on the doors and wardrobes were filthy the blind in the kitchen... More

My family and I stayed at the Sea Mist Palms. The room was old, mouldy, and very run down. The kitchen utensils were dirty when we arrived and the bathroom was broken. During our stay they came into our room to clean the windows!!! The beds were smelly. This was a much needed holiday that we will never forget.... For... More

Sea mist in Palm Springs is well positioned away from the hustle and bustle of the Jupiter's or Cavill av, but if you have a car it's only a few minutes away, the motel is situated on the main road but the traffic died down by the evening and we didn't have trouble sleeping, the apartment we had was spatial... Stayed here for 8 nights. Found it was very clean and tidy. Queen bed was very comfortable. A bit of a drive to Surfus but easy to access main highway to connect to Movie world ect. Close to Currumbin wild life and Coolangatta Airport. Across the road from the beach. Underground parking. Overall found this place great.

In a great location right across the road from the beach and river. Went on lots of long walks around the hinterland to Burleigh Heads. Had a lovely clean apartment and Pam was lovely. In a handy spot right across the road from the surf club that had great meals and views.

The apartment was spacious and clean with plenty of room for a family. It had all the facilities needed to enjoy a short/long stay, It was centrally located which made it easy to get around and explore both the coastal and hinterland areas, It is however in need of a bit of TLC, the bed was so hard and lumpy... we stayed at the apartment in July for 3 nights, it was okay but very basic : no lift, dish washer was not working, cooking plates were old, no internet... It all looks like it needs a small upgrade, but if you are only at the apartment in the evening and to sleep, you get value for money

Located on the Gold Coast Highway it is conveniently placed to most facilities you would need for a holiday stay. Alas it also means lots of traffic noise which fortunately gradually diminishes overnight. The apartment we stayed in was well appointed and a decent size. Nice kitchen (pictured) and laundry facilities. The apartment is equipped with an ensuite and a... More

Like other reviewers have said, this place is noisy and it doesn't have air con and the rooms can be upstairs with no lift. I don't mind the stairs or no air con but the noise from the highway is unfortunate because these units are lovely and the staff were really friendly. It's also so close to the beach and... More
