We'd been to a wedding in farthest Poland and had spent all day driving back west on slow roads. We pulled into Passewalk exhausted and looked for a hotel. The first was full but the manager directed us to a sister hotel. We drove through an empty village and pulled up outside Hotel Villa Knobelsdorff. And, boy, are we glad...

Hotel was basically empty and we were very surprised not to have a TV in the restaurant for the German team football match. But that was the only drawback.Otherwise great rooms, very good service and great breakfast. Also I very much liked interiors - pictures, armour, old stairs and alike. Very stylish.

We had a two-night family stay at the Villa Knobelsdorff. It's a very nicely-kept old house with very friendly staff. We found the atmosphere there very special from the start, with plenty of antique objects and a beautiful interior, if you take the time to look at it you'll see many details. We had dinner at the restaurant (cellar and...

I went there for attending a family gathering and stayed for two nights. Both the building and the garden are beautiful. The surrounding countryside belongs to the sparsely populated Uckermark spanning parts of German states of Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Szczecin being the closest larger city (Poland). We went twice for dinner. For groups, the vaulted basement proved to be difficult...

Located next to the old town wall. Near the centre of Pasewalk, but very quiet and no traffic noise. Our room (no 12) was on the ground floor, spacious and lofty, but very basic - no tea/coffee making, minibar, etc. The bier keller, with an attractive terrace in the summer, is a real boon - a wide choice of well-cooked...

We rolled into town on a Saturday night having just completed a long day of cycling, and the historic Knobelsdorff was exactly what we needed. Big rooms with windows that open to the fresh air, crisp sheets, big tub for a hot bath... they even left us adorable little packs of Gummi Bears on the pillows. We drank and ate...

The hotel has clean, well furnished rooms and offers secure bike storage. The restaurant downstairs has a great beer garden. There was a well stocked breakfast buffet and very friendly service. We would definitely go back.

I found Villa Knobelsdorff to be wonderful for my 4 day stay. The (single) room was large in comparison with comparable city hotels. It was impeccably clean and quiet. The staff could not have been more friendly and solicitous. Parking was more than ample and was safe. The place was fully booked. It is a bit tricky to find; my...

I had a nice and large clean room with an equally large bathroom. Surprisingly though was the tiny shower box in a corner of the large bath room. Why not make better facilities when you have the space for it!? The hotel is located in a quiet part of a quiet town, so you can be guaranteed a quiet night's...
