Amazing location. Staff are really friendly and courteous. However the rooms were horrible. Loaded with bedbugs. The plastering of the wall was falling apart and the TV didn't work. No hot water the first day. Meals were delicious but not nearly enough in terms of quality. Continental breakfast with just one strip of bacon and one egg scrambled was a...

Enchanting place ideal for de-stress therapy. Stayed for one night only but definitely I'll be back for longer stay. Settings, the cottage, food, staff ... everything was impeccable! In my title I said "almost" - it is for just one (not to be ignored) detail: the spa. A place like this definitely needs a good spa. Unfortunately, what I tried...

We went there in June 2016. It was magical to be honest it gives amazing views of the tea plantation and the forest, you can see gorgeous waterfalls and river. The food is beyond amazing, delicious and nutritious we had breakfasts and dinners there. The receptionist sanjev is so friendly, helpful and keen on helping us. They provide activities and...

We booked a 2 night stay approx 7 months ago. When we arrived there was a system mix up and they were full. However, they didn't let us down, instead they put us up in a room with balcony in a separate lodge on the plantation about 10 mins walk from the restaurant. It was perfect, we had our own...

Very reasonsble rooms for the price, very friendly and serviceminded staff. STUNNING views and very remote, perfect for de-stress. Reasonsble prices for day tours, though i wouldnt reccomend the waterfall tour/hike, as its very time consuming in the car on bad roads. We really enjoyed the tea factory tour and we wish we had stayed a few more nights!

Room was quaint and enjoyable, well laid out with a huge feature rockwall in the room. Loved waking up with the tea plantation all around, enjoyed a delicious scrambled egg breakfast, whisked off to the tea factory for an enlightening tour about the production of tea from plant to market. Only small thing we thought it needed was a blanket...

We had a lovely stay at the Tea Cottages. The cottage was beautiful, with amazing views. The staff were friendly and really helpful and we booked a white water rafting trip through them which was cheaper than those listed in the lonely planet. Food was wonderful and would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Say Teaaaaa!!! Everywhere you look there is tea, but the accommodation is a part of a plantation and tea factory (which we visited the next morning) The restaurant (for dinners) is very good, and the breakfast was very nice too, the rooms could use some renovation...but the location, the view & the service are really making up to it

A little pricey, but really Nice rooms! Very clean and comfortble. They Will arrange the White water rafting for you - notice that the Resort is about an hour away from the river, but the transport is included in the price (25 dollars pr person. If you Are only one, They Will charge you for two anyway)
