I stayed in this hotel 1 night, from 09-Dec-2016 to 10-Dec-2016. The hotel room was good and confortable. The satff (specially reception) were very good and friendly. The only negative point was the breakfast, it was poor and very limited. Hope this help the visitors.

No beverages as advertised. I had to walk to a nearby restaurant to buy some water bottles. Only one pair of towels for a 3 person room. Reception demanded $10 for an extra pair. no restaurant in view anywhere. Shower drain partially clogged. So far a disappointing experience.

I chose this hotel because I wanted to be in the center of the town, within walking distance of the main square and the ancient citadel. It's a large older hotel, with some areas renovated and some still a bit shabby. There is only one elevator so there can be relatively long waits for it to arrive. The dining area...

After having stayed in the large Hotels in the outskirts of the city on previous visits to Erbil, I am happy that I choose Altin Saray for this stay. The Hotel is located very centrally and gives you a great opportunity to see some of the city, even if you are only here on business. Everything you need is taken...

A very efficient hotel with friendly helpful staff although not very experienced.. Almost 1000 meters from the main square and next door to the local restaurants. Big rooms (getting old) with all the amenities and excellent breakfast. The only problem is the elevator .Only one for a such big hotel means you wait for long.

I stayed here for two nights while touring around Kurdistan. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what set the hotel apart was the wonderful staff who were always looking out for us. If you are in Erbil for either work or pleasure, this is a great place to stay.

I stayed for 2 nights while visiting Erbil as a tourist with a friend.
