I love this hotel!! Friendly, super clean, great space, quiet, lovely staff. I would highly recommend the Grand Palace Hotel if you are visiting Erbil. I spent 6 nights here and it really felt like home from home - a very relaxed, calm and efficient environment.

Very clean, well situated hotel, close to many restaurants. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. (The only problem is the noise made by the generators of the hotel across the street, but not the Palace's fault... not noticeable when windows are closed...). Good breakfast served with a nice view of Erbil. But the best part are the staff, who did everything to make my stay great. Thank you so much!

Actually, T-Bar next to Grand Hotel is one of the best Bars I have ever been in, especially the services and the great bartender Waleed, he is a great and professional, don't hesitate to come in and check it, not expensive and great to have a great time. Enjoy ur time in T-Bar Erbil.

I've stayed at Grand Palace Hotel 3 times throughout 2019. Each time has been for about a week. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and strive to meet my needs. The morning breakfast is pretty good, although the coffee leaves a bit to the imagination. The location of the hotel is perfectly suited for international visitors to Iraq. Travelling anywhere in Erbil by taxi is perfectly safe and costs about $5. This makes the hotel an ideal place to see the citadel in the city centre. As the hotel is in Ankawa it's easy to walk to any of the nice hotels / bars in the area

The hotel is generally clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Room facilities are sufficient. Location is good. Very close to airport. Breakfast is sufficient. Nice lobby. Very good for people traveling for work. Also there were families staying too.

I needed a place that was close to the airport and close to the city. The Grand Palace worked well. It was clean, price reasonable and big rooms. Breakfast was generous and good. Easy check in and out. You must pay in cash but that is true almost everywhere in Kurdistan.

This hotel has ailed its space in the market. It’s a suburban hotel with a corporate, clean interior and a staff that give you a cosy bed and breakfast experience. The room was so much larger than the competitors offer for at much greater price. Consistently good house keeping and very flexible enough to deal with my idiosyncrasies. I had breakfast every day, it was Ramadan so everything was a la carte; within two days the waiter was able to predict my requests and have everything ready for me - 5 star hotels are not this attentive. It is a family hotel and that dynamic shines through; from the owner training his staff while his daughter manages customer care side of the house with incredible delicacy - I will visit again and again.

Impressed with this hotel overall. Room is very clean and doesn’t feel worn or dated. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. This was a perfect Spring day, and I was able to work near the windows, in the sunshine, with the windows open. Quite lovely. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is extremely average. But the meal I had one evening (warm goat cheese salad) was excellent. I would happily stay here again.

Amazing location; very close to airport and all areas. Everything about this hotel is fabulous; the standard of cleanliness is excellent and the condition of the rooms, and furniture is excellent. The staff are the real asset here, the attention to detail and attentiveness is outstanding. This is my fourth vist and really recommend this hotel.
