The campsite is basic but with a kitchen, hot showers and flashed toilets. We paid 15$ per person for unpowered site. You need to do a self check-in. There is no reception. It is located on a way to Waipoua Forest. The campsite is perfect if you want to look for wild kiwi. There is an entrance to the Trounson...

This campground is lovely, quaint and very relaxing. Situated next to a Kauri forest it has a beautiful loop walk of 45 minutes to offer. On this same walk you can spot kiwi´s if you go at night. The showers are hot and the toilets are ok. The kitchen is in a good condition. And it´s a cheap campground 10...
