Not just an airport transfer hotel though. A resort in itself. Nice rooms, decent pool and nice gardens. Good breakfast offering, but only from 0700. Dinner was fair quality too. Staff friendly and efficient. Watch out for bugs biting in the evening on the terrace!

We were staying at a nearby hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant here after walking along the beach. The staff were generally quite friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us (we are vegetarians). Service was okay (staff were friendly but seemed a bit inexperienced) and the food was excellent. There is definitely a wasp problem,...

Hotel La Lagune is actually quite a big place, but the welcome and the service were very personal and inviting. Made us feel right at home. The room was nice and spacious. The airco was silent, but somehow always seemed to turn itself off after a period of time. We tried to figure out why, but didn't manage to. Our...

Clean room, calm and quiet place, food was excellent and the size of the plates large enough, good price/performance ratio for the restaurant. Good wines. The breakfast offer eggs, saussages, fresh fruits, bred, croissants, sweets, chees, etc. they serve also fresh orange juice and great italien coffee! 29.- for halfboard or you choice from a la carte. You have direct...

This hotel is expensive and could possibly get away with its prices if service was better. The situation is lovely right on beach, attractive building, receptionist is attentive and helpful, but it stops there. I could not recommend it at all. The staff are very disrespectful, disinterested and on occasions down right rude. Lunch and dinner becomes a chore for...

We spent a few days in this hotel, which is located just by the sea in well kept and attractive grounds and with a nice pool area. Unfortunately its a bit of a tourist trap. With the notable exception of mr damiani the manager, the reception staff and the young barman, the personnel does its best to avoid clients. Youll...

After coming from the finish of the Fra li Monti I travelled by train from Calvi to Lucciana and walked to the Camping at l'Esperanza, just 400 metres from the sea, where I stayed, hired a cycle, and cycled the fine track, close to the lagoon, into the outskirts of Bastia. On the way back, on what was a few...

Stopped at the hotel this weekend and found it fine if slightly over priced. However we had a cunning plan which for the most part failed. Given we had to get up at 2.30 am to catch our Sunday flight from Manchester we chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and we could recover by relaxing by...

Went back to this hotel last year again. There have been a few changes and mostly not to the benefit of the hotel or the guests. First things first. If you are going to book this hotel then make sure you check directly with them if they have any wedding receptions booked during your stay. They are a NIGHTMARE. They...
