we visited this hotel 2 years ago with 2 children ages 11 and 9. the facilities for children were excellent then , they were allowed to be self sufficient and could go to the snack bars order their food and pour their drink by themselves and bring it back to their sunlounger . This time round with a party of...

The hotel is in a great location, only 5 min from the airport and about 15 min walk to the beach but a free bus every hour there and back anyway, lots of bars and restaurants just outside of the hotel. Kalamaki beach is quiet and shallow water quite far out so safe for the children. Our rooms were spotless...

Excellent 2 week break. Everything for the kids . Food was good . The water park was the highlight , kept the kids busy for hours on end. Rooms cleaned daily and all the staff friendly and helpful. PRO.S The waterpark is brilliant for kids and big kids, and we thought the food was very good, always found something we liked. Also the Italian restaurant was good, and we ate at the snack bar quite a few times, all good. Supermarket was very handy, open all hours with a wide range of items, also bike hire, which was...

(This is an answer I have to someone who asked a question because they were worried by the most recent bad review - I'd like to point out that most of that review is Thomas Cooks problems not Caretta Beach!) We arrived back yesterday and I am devastated to have left! I couldn't disagree more with that bad review! Building...

1. When we booked our holiday we booked for 15 people. The travel agent incorrectly spelt names despite us writing them down on the day of booking, leading to us making several trips wasting petrol to rectify their mistakes. We then added on 6 other people and again they made mistakes with names. We added two people on who flew...

If you are looking for a holiday with a lot of drunken polish men and a really bad hotel management that doesn't listen. Then this is the perfect holiday place for you. We didn't get the room we payed for, there was a dirty dog in the kids pool. Lots of polish families that wanted to party all night long....
