This is my second year staying at this hotel and I have left a low review as in my opinion, it has declined. The hotel is quiet and clean with lovely gardens so there are positives to say. The food in the bar is good value for day time options. Another positive comment is Ellie the staff member is really lovely and friendly. The negatives include the breakfast is very basic and after day 3, you are bored little and same options. The bar area during the day and at night has lost it's atmosphere and empty so this tells a story itself. If you want great food, welcome atmosphere and sports tv, try a few yards down the road to Delight Kitchen, they are amazing. They are brilliant with guests and really welcoming. Monica at the hotel is abrupt and comes across as rude and the manager Gogo comes across very nice until you have a complaint. There is animosity amongst the staff as we heard it. The issue we had was the beds in the room. Comfortable but I will not go into any other detail and leave it up to you what you think. Totally disappointed and to top it off, you get insulted in your email if you put a complaint forward. Won't be going back there along with some of the other people who won't be returning and who stayed last year. We were glad to be returning back after sleeping in those bed!!! It's a shame as it is such a pretty hotel and is a decent location. Shame some of the staff ruined it and the bed situation not sorted.

We arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a couple of very friendly staff members, Check in was swift and were being shown to our room within 15mins of arrival. There are no lifts so the case had to be carried up a few stairs, and up a small ramp up to the room. The room was modern looking with not a lot of space, there weren't enough drawers to put your clothes mainly shelves, the bathroom was a wet room and modern in style and of a decent size, the room had a mini fridge which you could only fit one large bottle of water in with a carton of milk. there was a kettle, a couple of cups and plastic glasses and 2 teaspoons. no other cutlery. The balcony was a good size and it was great sat there watching the planes coming in to land as we were just off the flight path, you could nearly see the pilots in the plane. The beds were hard and towards the end of our stay started getting aches and pains. A basic average room. Breakfast was ok not a huge amount of choice and some mornings you had a choice of eggs cooked in 2 different was such as fried and an omelette, along side boiled eggs the usual continental assortment and a couple of cereals. there was one coffee machine and one juice machine and a small rotating toaster. The breakfast was slightly challenging at times as there was not a lot of room to move, and with queues for the machines it could be quite annoying. The gardeners worked hard on maintaining the gardens which were a work of art, the hotel on a whole was aimed towards the older generation as there was no entertainment, no kids pool and a very chilled place to be, which we enjoyed very much. The entertainment in the hotel across the way could be quite loud on the evenings.

Thank you Monika and all the staff at Hotel Lourdos for your superb service and friendly welcome. It appeared to be more like a family reunion filled with guests who return year after year and who welcome new comers with advice and tips on the resort. The hotel is charming with beautifully designed gardens and pool. So close the the best beach and plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. We took the toy train to Zante Town and drank excellent coffee with locals. A hotel to choose if you want comfort, class and friendly service, definitely recommended to those who enjoy quality.

Monicka and the team are so pleasant and helpful, nothing too much for them. Set about 10 minutes stroll from the main road and 5 minutes stroll from the beach this is a great location for everything. The pool and surroundings are great and the bar is a great place to relax and enjoy the wide range of drinks available. A bottle of Mythos for €3 and a glass of wine for €2.50 you really can't go wrong. Breakfast is continental and a good selection available to suit all requirements. Delight Bar at the top of the road is great for both food and drink and the staff were so friendly. We also did the Greek night at The Family Restaurant which was really enjoyable, Olive Tree is another for a lovely meal though we found the staff not as engaging as everywhere else however the dining our highlight had to be at Pandesia Restaurant where Lorenzo (aka The Godfather) and his team make it such an amazing experience. We also did the midnight cruise through Nefis Travel who have always been our go to your company as everything is so well organised. We had a truly wonderful time here and the week absolutely flew by. We hope to get back one day soon and would highly recommend Louros Beach Hotel and Kalamaki for a truly Greek holiday experience.

Honestly I wish I could add to what everyone else has said. This is a beautiful hotel and I can't fault it at all. Thank you Monica and GoGo for everything. If I wanted to be picky maybe a little raill on the balcony to dry things, but that is being picky please give this hotel a go

This is a fantastic place to stay, a super holiday and lovely experience. There's not a lot more I can add to previous reviews, you can clearly understand why everyone who visits feel the same way about Louros Beach. Can't recommend this hotel high enough, honestly it's been the most memorable, chilled out break we've had in many years. Thanks to each and every one of the staff, what a fantastic team !!!!

We booked to go to this hotel after an awful stay at an all inclusive last year and we weren’t disappointed! Monika was there to greet us from the transfer and is so lovely. She got us up to our room, which was absolutely stunning & spacious. It was just myself & hubby but sleeps 5. The entire staff are amazing. Elly works the pool bar during the day & also makes ornaments from copper etc. The pool area is faultless. You need to be up early to get a lounger though as they go quickly. Towels are replaced daily (last year in AI it was every other day) Breakfast is continental and we found it suitable. Hubby tried the full English at the pool bar and said it was as good as the others he had in the strip. Our room (301) overlooked the stunning gardens and pond, which was lovely. We arrived on Sunday & booked again on the Wednesday for next year. Evenings at the pool bar are chilled but lively with music & one of the bar staff (don’t recall her name but she was fun!) handed out free shots as it was awful weather (storms & heavy rain) This hotel is spotlessly clean, staff are friendly, polite & welcoming & the housekeeping team do an amazing job!

Just had a week at this hotel. It is small and friendly and provided everything we wanted. All staff work very hard and are friendly. Meals and drinks at the bar are really good and cheaper than in Kalamaki (wine 2.5€). Great location just a short walk to the beach and a safe walk to the bars and restaurants. Particularly recommend Pandesia and Ambrosia for evening meals. Breakfast was plentiful and the dining room pleasant. The gardens are lovely and our room had a great view of them from the balcony. Sun loungers at the beach 12€ for two, we even got to see a turtle nest hatching. Highly recommend this hotel.

Another fantastic holiday with my daughter and son at this beautifully kept hotel. Thank you to all the staff Monica, GoGo, Ellie and Lhea, cleaning staff, and not forgetting the two guys who came late afternoon/evening to stock up behind the bar, clean the pool and tend to the gardens.(which are kept immaculate). This really is a hotel and resort to visit. Bar snacks were delicious and reasonably priced. A bottle of Mythos 3 euro. Beach a few minutes walk away, 12 euro on the grass for 2 sunbeds and parasol and on the beach 20 euro. We ate in some lovely restaurants and our favourite ones were The Olive Tree ( free starter or desert between 6.30pm and 8.30pm with a main meal) , Bullhorn, The Family Restaurant, Parthenon, and not forgetting Tazie's for the best gyros but they are all great and you wont be disappointed in any of them. We did the 2 hour horse riding on the beach and in the sea with Happy Horses. A great experience for all ability's and very well organised (60 euros). Horses are very well looked after and looked great. Defiantly a hotel to return to. Thank you again for a wonderful stay and memories we will treasure.
