Was sold this holiday with the hope of being able to use the small pool. The water was brown, clearly hadn't been in use for a long time. Key has to go in a pot at reception and no safe. Got told to use the neighbouring pool for free but it is in use for anyone anyway. Had to pay... More

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of August. We were in one of the studio rooms on the first floor. When we arrived, it was roasting hot at 2am in the morning and the room we were given had broken air conditioning; however the manager moved us the following day without any fuss. The rooms are clean and... More

Stayed here for a week at the beginning of September. The rooms and hotel overall were spotless and all staff very helpful. They had a storm a couple of weeks before we arrived which had damaged some of the beds and parasols but they arranged it so that we could use the pool area at the Cleopatra Superior across the... Stayed here on the 9th September for one week and after reading the latest reviews were very sceptical about staying here but we needn't have worried. The hotel is in a great location as it is just outside the town and the rooms and staff were great. We received a warm welcome and our room was upgraded to a bigger... More

Stayed here for just over a week. As the previous reviewer confirmed,we had no running water for several days. Apparently this was due to a lack of pressure and we were forced to wash in the basement shower which meant enduring a queue of up to 30 minutes. Not to mention that we were in a self catering apartment so... More
