First time visitors. Check in was quick. Room fine, nothing fancy but just what you need for a base. There’s a mini kitchen, kettle and fridge, only thing we used was the fridge. No iron in room. I have to say the food was really good for a mass produced three star hotel, really enjoyed it. Breakfast usual hot selection, coffee machine, juices, pastries weren’t the best but I liked the fruits, yogurts, omelette and the pancakes with chocolate sauce. Lunch and dinner always plenty of choice, salads great. The girls who did the entertainment round the pool and in evening were fantastic, such great personalities. There was aqua fitness, darts, mini golf, bingo, karaoke n kids disco was at 8pm so we went down to the bar after that. The pool in November was FREEZING lol so be prepared. A spar right at the front door for water and any essentials. Drinks were not great but I expected that for an AI. Beer was good as were the fizzy soft drinks. Local wine and spirits drinkable but not great but that’s not a complaint it’s that you get what you pay for. Pool bar serves snacks from 10am, self service beer, sangria, red and white wine, hot drinks and soft drinks. Location brilliant, turn left out front door for a quick walk to beach and the square not far away. Cactus Jacks next door good for drinks, they do a set three course meal for €10 which was surprisingly decent, can’t go wrong for that price. Loads of loungers too so don’t worry about getting a space by the pool. All in all had a great week in Trebol, met some lovely people, had a relaxing time by the pool, good food, fun filled evenings. There is also loads to do in Costa Teguise in terms of day trips and excursions. We will probably come back next year, so for now it’s Ciao Ciao bye bye as the entertainment girls would say…

For a 3 star rating, this hotel is great. I like to make my reviews as useful as possible, so here goes. 1. The apartments We had a 2 bedroom apartment on the Ground floor, it was very spacious, 2 large bedrooms, a large modern bathroom, with walk-in shower (you need to run the shower for a few minutes for hot water to come through) a large lounge, and a small kitchenette, with Fridge, kettle, microwave and small hob.... but as this is all-inclusive, it's ample big enough. There is a large balcony overlooking the pool area. The room was very clean on arrival. No issues at all. 2. Food and drinks. Great variety on the buffet for breakfast and evening meals. I didn't use it at lunchtime, so I am not able to comment. There was a different theme each night, and the food quality was topnotch. Soft drinks were branded on tap, and you could help yourselves. Good selection of hot drinks and alcoholic drinks, beer, and wine on tap. Snack bar OK, but food is not hot. 3. Pool area. Always kept clean, loads of sunbeds, 3 big pools of varying depths, plus another pool with slides and waterfalls for children. Really nice place to relax. 4. Entertainment The animation team worked very hard all day and all night. They try really hard to make things fun. Although the evening entertainment wasn't my cup of tea, they tried to vary it with bingo and quizzes, and they had some local acts on a couple of nights. 5. Location Just a short walk from shops and the beach and bars and restaurants, a few shops including a Spar just outside the hotel grounds for essentials and treats. My only little gripe is some of the staff in the dining room, mainly at breakfast, are a little rude and abrupt, but evening staff and bar staff are lovely. Also, reception is very helpful. Great from start to finish, easy check in, no lifts but we knew that even though we chose room on 3rd floor. The apartment was spacious with a lovely balcony that caught the sun in the afternoon. As mentioned in other reviews the hit water took some time to come through in shower, but wasn't a problem to us. The grounds were immaculate and well kept, with a lot of cat visitors which made me really happy as I left mine at home. The all inclusive food was lovely, had a different theme each night, but would have liked something different at the pool bar. Entertainment team were fantastic and worked tirelessly, quizzes were entertaining...the local acts that were on were brilliant, loved the magic show.

Very good experience. Out of season, you can’t go wrong, great weather, great food & spotless. The secret here is the Entertainment Team, Jana, Elis, Chrisi & Hanna. Had a great time at The EL Trebol – only two gripes, and I’ll get them out of the way: First it takes about 4/5 minutes to get hot water running out of either the tap in the bathroom, or the shower. In the sheets we were given on arrival, we are asked not to waste energy, air con, electric etc…I fear there is a tremendous waste of water here. Second, by the pool bar there is a lovely sitting area, just right for relaxing enjoying a drink in the sun. But all of this is spoilt by smokers. Elsewhere there is a small area where there are no smoking signs, but not many appear to respect them. No I’m not a smoker but if people want to smoke give them an area of their own to do it in!!! These were the only complaints I have about this place. Room was nice a clean, as was the whole complex, staff were nice and appeared to be happy. There was always a good variety of food, and some their cakes were really yummy. And I must compliment the bar staff who worked really hard. All in all we had a lovely week, and would consider returning. I’ll not criticize the animation team – but they were poor …

OK fantastic staff and such a clean hotel location amazing so close to all amenities beach bars restaurants pools yes cold but once you are in all ok be brave very refreshing from the sun... food I.m a chef so my only complaint is the pool bar temps of the food too cool well below 65 degrees hot holding in the bain maries in there for too long drinks in there not chilled....the main restaurant no problems everything perfect manager needs to address this problem...a couple of issues with our room no hot water sorted within 20 minutes reception team are amazing the apartments are lovely and very welcoming yes I would come back again and the entertainment girls are fantastic over all yes definitely a great hotel with room for improvement but I will come back manager please take on board my comments on the pool bar definitely needs to be addressed we stayed in room 140 and the hot water and tv issues were sorted within 1 hr …

Apartment overall smaller than at other property we have stayed at but bathroom great size and patio area where we were was nice. Pool area was great plenty of sunbeds no need to reserve. One pool warmer than the others so was able to swim which was nice. All inclusive food and drink was ok but a better daytime bar area would be good - maybe an outside bar rather than inside. Location great with plenty shops nearby and a ten minute stroll to beach.

We had a fantastic stay at El Trebol. It was our first holiday abroad and was perfect for this. All of the staff are friendly, same goes for the local shopkeepers etc and all were very helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were lovely. The pool was great and lots of room. We are quite fussy eaters so wasn't much choice if you were fussy, but we were never hungry as plenty of English foods and amazing restaurants' nearby. The beach and shops were just a walk away and really easy to get a cheap bus ride into Arrecife. 10/10 recommend.

Really good location - the trip to all places with to see is approximately 15-30 mins by car. No hotel parking but enough places to leave car in front of hotel. Apartments are clean and big. The staff was super kind and helpful. For those who prefer to spend a day in hotel - all day animations with breaks for meals. Food was good but not so much vegetarian options - especially for a lunch it was hard to find something without meat.

For a 3 star hotel this hotel is fantastic good choice of food every setting. The 3 girl’s on entertainment were very good trying to keep all guests happy. Rooms clean and tidy and cleaned 5 out of the 7 days we were here.Thank you to Baldo and Andres the bar staff in the adult bar for making fantastic cocktails. This was our third visit and will definitely be coming back.
