This is a reasonable hotel in a very quiet location. It was clean and tidy. The suite was good with plenty of space. The door lock was temperamental not always unlocking on the first attempt. The walkway above the bathroom meant it could be noisy when people pulled trolleys and cases along it. A minor issue noted was the room door had a gap under it through which the wind blew, as it was a sandstorm on arrival it let in lots of dust. No air conditioning but a ceiling fan. As it was not too hot that wasn’t an issue. The hotel clearly looks after the grounds and the fabric of the hotel, so it was disappointing that the “gym” was in such poor condition. Nearly all the cardio equipment was faulty in some way. Free weights were provided along with various kettlebells and medicine balls. Access was restricted by obtaining a key on deposit, 10 euros refundable on return.
The pool bar was self service for all drinks including alcohol. The hotel bar had a mixture of self service and attending bar man. There was an entertainment programme but we didn’t see much of it.
The restaurant provided buffet style meals and there was a good choice available although it did get quite repetitive. Breakfast was the best meal. We didn’t see any evidence of insect control but not many insect were seen either. The hand sanitizer was erratic and didn’t work often. Although a non smoking facility the tables on the veranda were in the smoking area which detracted from both restaurant and the pool area.
It was a 2k walk to the main shopping centres so very nice for a gentle stroll.

If you crave a relaxing week away in the sun with a few good books then the Royal Suite is for you. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. I have never slept so well while on holiday, the beds were so comfortable. There is shower gel and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom and towels are changed daily. There are plenty of sun loungers as well as an indoor pool. There is plenty to eat at the restaurant which includes pasta dishes, meat and fish as well as plenty of vegetables and salads. Guests are predominantly Spanish, German and French. You can join in the aerobics, yoga, shuffleboard etc during the day while in the evening there is bingo followed by mini club then a disco although one evening there was a singer and guitarist there. Both bars are well stocked with alcohol and soft drinks and if the bar is not manned then you simply help yourself. The staff are so friendly and work exceptionally hard as a team. We didn't hire a car but there is a beach just a 15 min walk from the hotel. We will definitely be back to visit this little gem.

our rooms were lovely and cleaned to a nice standard, the food was ok, and was very continental but if you know how to serve it and put it together it was fine , we have five children ages 14-6 and they never complained at the lack of greasy foods! the animation staff tried hard to make us feel welcome, however there is a language barrier, i would say this hotel is mostly occupied by Spanish, French and German holiday makers , when we holiday we get a car and travel about , we never really stay put in the hotel , but on the days we did it was lovely and the people were friendly. We as a family really enjoyed our holiday so much so we are due back in March.

If your British or disabled avoid at all cost, food repetitive, if your German or polish or French or Russian your fit in fine, brought my son over for his birthday and we’re the only British in the complex, if you want pasta and bread for every meal your fine, oh and if you like fish, jacuzzi is freezing cold water as is the heated indoor pool, entertainment? Poor.half a hour entertainment in the afternoon shuttleboard. Rooms ok but it feels like they don’t want to invest into making this a great hotel, nothing around the area and not walking distance if your disabled , checking out 3 days early to come home. Wish we didn’t bother and waste our hard earned cash, enough said I think

Very large room with annexed lounge and large bathroom, two storey little building like small houses and little patio, very cosy. Clean place, very lovely staff. Location perfect for us out of the hassle, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Two good size swimming pools, plus Jacuzzi and sauna. Gym large with good variety of equipment in perfect state, reception give the key and ask €10 of deposit for use it. Lot of palms and shrubs, living onsite colony of cats. Self served drinks all day available, included alcohol. Food wise every day there is a special dish with the cook, ideally better have it freshly made otherwise it becomes dry in the heated tray. A choice of cooked and fresh vegetables, always some pasta and rice to dress as you like. Fruit, cakes and ice-cream, maybe not a huge choice but usually enough to find something you like. Drinks of choice, water, sift drinks, wine or beer.
The beaches around are fantastic, if you like to walk you can reach Sotavento, an amazing wide never ending beach. But also Playa Esmeralda or Costa Calma are very good.
For sure a place to come back to!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff and very clean apartment with lots of space. Food for us was excellent and every day there was a choice of fish, pasta, chicken, beef and lots of salads. Two themed nights Chinese and Mexican were great. Mostly Spanish, German and French. Very few English which was a godsend for us. Brits abroad are a nightmare. Also first place we've ever been that had help yourself sparkling wines and one evening all the spirits were left on the bar to help yourself. Gym was a little disappointing.

I don't ever feel the need to write reviews however in this case I feel it necessary.
I have never felt so uncomfortable in a hotel as I did here. Meal times were an absolute nightmare with a 19th old and no help was offered being a single parent. So uncomfortable did i feel having a small child and being British that I abandoned the all inclusive and we found a restaurant at the beach where we ate good fresh food and then a mini market to buy food stuffs for breakfast and dinnertime
I would not recommend this to anyone travelling with small children or British as its very obvious we're not welcome at all

Me & my 8 year old daughter went to Royal suite 26/10/23 , the food was catered for French & Germans no choice at all. The staff was so rude & they had no respect for British guests . The lifeguards tried it on with every women going , 🤣 . The rooms was dirty & full of cockroaches,. No entertainment the only one we had was once for an hour then the guy made sangria. The reception staff were vile & also hated us brits !! The English were not liked at all , if you like hot dogs for bfast & rice go for it!! Horrible place .

Been there with fiancé and our three year old. Cockroaches everywhere:by the pool, in our bathroom, bedroom even by the bar, just everywhere. Never had a sleepless night on holidays, but this time I was just too scared to sleep!
Besides that poor food, literally every day the same, was too scared to eat anything there anyway.. I should take some pictures but I didn’t thought that I would need them to show you here…Really disappointed…Just go somewhere else!

Booked this holiday, for myself and 10yr old grandson. Read reviews about mainly German/French guests and yes that was correct. We were the only Brits here. Did it bother us no. Lots of older Spanish couples/groups and one lovely Spanish couple made a fuss of my grandson and the husband always played with him in pool. I speak very little Spanish, they spoke no English, but somehow we understood wach other. Got friendly with a German family, they actually spoke to us, the night we arrived.
Room, I asked for ground floor and got ground floor. Rooms are more like small bungalows. Large bedroom, with 2 good sized and comfy beds, a lounge with 2 sofas, tv and fridge and bathroom with bath and overhead shower.
Food, Always found something to eat, pork, chicken and fish, salad and meats.
Pool, lovely and no problems with sunbeds.
There is also an indoor pool, with terrace and beds outside plus Jacuzzi.
Kids Club. Looked great, but grandson didnt want to go, but its for ages 4-12
Not alot of day/night entertainment as these few weeks were geared towards the older spanish, so everynight a game of bingo and some music, where they danced. There were pool/darts during day
but i believe the full programme restarts in a few weeks.
Would i come here again? Yes, it was a brilliant chilled break and for Halfterm Week a pleasant surprise.
Thanks to all the staff, who are all lovely and work so hard.
