Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

From the second we walked in we felt welcomed and were treated so well! Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was clean and spacious. Every day the room got cleaned to perfection. We felt so lucky to have such a positive experience! Themistocles & Dimitris were the best and ensured we had so much fun! Maria was so kind and helpful! Loved our time here so so much!

Hotel's Favourite
This hotel is in a fab location between 2 beaches which are within easy walking distance and the view from the pools is spectacular across Psarou bay with the yachts moored up. The hotel provide a complimentary transfer from the port/airport and on arrival we were given champagne and the WiFi code! Our room was a 2 bedroom executive sea view suite which was In a block a short walk away from the main hotel. The room itself has an unusual layout with the toilet, bath and shower just inside the door and the sinks in the first twin bedroom. There is a sliding door to the second king size bedroom with the balcony. Travelling with teenage girls we allowed them the king size room and we took the other to allow us oldies easy access to the bathroom! The room was cleaned daily with 4 small bottles of water left which we put in the fridge. Breakfast is very good quality/selection with a la carte options included. The eggs florentine was a popular choice for my family. There are 4 pools to choose from all with good views of the bay. The largest of the pools is salt water whereas the pools on the upper deck were chlorine. They were refreshingly cool to swim in. As one of the top deck pools was near steps and a path be aware of puddles and water on the surface from people in the pool as it gets slippery. Unfortunately I did slip one day and was very wary after that. Pool towels are provided from the spa. As a Brit I was pleasantly surprised to see none of the sun beds were reserved with towels but realised the breezy weather would have blown them off! That said on one day we were the first to sit by the pool at 11am which I am not used to! The world famous Nammos is at Psarou beach playing music from 4-9 every day which gets a bit repetitive but is also fun to listen to when by the pool late afternoon. Dinner/lunch provided by Phos the restaurant was good and the drinks service from the bar was great. We choose to eat out most evenings in the restaurants down the road, 100m away and always had a good meal. There is a bakery, takeaway, mini market and launderette very close by. The bus stop to Mykonos town was close and the bus took 15 mins. The staff were excellent with a particular shout out to Costas at the pool bar, Maria in the restaurant and Anastasia. A couple of recommendations I would make : - pool towels near the pool rather than the spa which is down a flight of stairs - a sign for guests to be quiet/respect others after midnight. We were often woken up by guests returning in the early hours and talking quite loudly. This could have been as we were right by the entrance to the block which was a bit annoying at times. We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would love to return if we can afford it!

this is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities you need in between two beautiful, famous beaches. The bed is very comfortable. We slept well every night the shower is giant with a waterfall head and wand. The rooms have sleek white marble, and our room had a wonderful deck overlooking the swimming, pool sea. The staff were very warm and welcoming especially Maria in the dining room, Anastasia and Georgia at check-in. “Tim & Fin” the bartenders. we did have a few problems with our door lock. Apparently you are supposed to pull up and then pull down. Also, the water was turned off for a day, but I think this is common on the island . . .prepared for that in case it happens. Lastly, we wish the pool would have been heated even a little bit. I’ve been known to jump in almost any type of swimming, pool or ocean no matter how cold, but this pool was way too cold for me. We enjoyed one night dinner in the fancy dining room Pho. free breakfast were lovely. we really liked the grill 1 mile up the hill called Lounden (so?) Terrific food with locals at wonderful prices.

We had the absolute best time at Nissaki! Not only was the hotel outstanding, but the service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Themistocles and Dimitris were one of the highlights of our trip, and made us feel so welcomed and special (plus the drinks were outstanding). We will definitely be back!

Amazing hotel in a very tranquil bay. And the Myconian suite was simply breathtaking - the private shared pool (between only 2 rooms) is amazing!! The staff were super friend;ly, breakfast was great, and food at the restaurant was varied and everything we had was super tasty. The chicken salad was so good our 2 teenagers wanted it daily (over their usual preferences on the menu for sliders/pizza/pasta) And couldnt leave a review without saying how amazing the staff at the bar are - super friendly, fun, and, AMAZING cocktails (and mocktails) - they really did make our stay!!

Our family visited from the US for our Spring Break April 1-4 and we were the first guests of the season - not everything in the area was open yet but we actually enjoyed the less crowded relaxed vibe. The views were amazing but the people there are what really made the stay in Mykonos great. The manager was wonderful, knowledgeable and helpful with anything we needed and Themistocles and Dimitri were equally amazing. They were social and engaging with not only us but our teenagers as well. We will definitely be back.

Extraordinary is not even the word to describe the wonderful experience I had at this paradise. When I picked this hotel, I had seen the reviews and chose it based on them. Now, I can attest from experience how extraordinary this hotel truly is. The hotel is amazing! Its location, decor, and distinguished qualities are just a few of the many amazing features of this hidden gem in Mykonos. But it's the staff that truly sets it apart. They are second to none—welcoming, caring, professional, respectful, friendly, and supportive. I am thoroughly impressed by their dedication and commitment to making every guest's stay an unforgettable experience.

Amazing hotel with picture postcard views. The staff made our stay even better with their excellent service. Special mention for Maria, Tsarkas, Dmititri and Giannis. The hotel is located in a quiet little town in between two beautiful bays, but fir those wanting more activities, the old town of Mykonos us only 10 minutes away by car. Breakfast and dinner in the amazing restaurant was a highlight.
