Just returned from our second visit to Castle Harbour this year. Had a very one bed apartment with plenty of space, very comfotable beds, cleaned to a very high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we arrived late on the Saturday evening around 10.55 and the receptionist kindly directed us to restaurants a few minutes walk away that...

Our first visit to castle harbour apartments, on arrival very clean and well laid out entrance, kind and friendly staff & good information provided. The pool was closed for refurbishment but we had access to the pool in the complex next door which was lovely & clean with a nice bar/cafe & friendly staff. Our apartment was a 2 bed...

Stayed in a beautiful private apartment in Castle Harbour, which I have been in 5/6 times. Had a lovely welcome from a lady in reception who explained about the pool/pool bar being closed ( which I knew about anyway). CH pool area is closed until the middle of June but you are able to use the facilities at Dinastia (...

Nice place to stay as it only a few minutes from night life. But quite otherwise. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. But if you are using the swimming pool you will be charged for you sun bed. Three euro a bed is the only bad point about hotel This is my second time here and I will be...

Hotel is fine rooms clean Swimming pool closed (not told) use of pool next hotel had to pay 4 euros for sun loungers! The 4th floor smelt of cats urine wholes on the walls outside out room. The room was only cleaned once therefore we had fresh towels once in 5 days. Steep hill outside the hotel

You spoke with the Managment office who advised that all tour operators had been advised of the pool closure in June 2016, therefore the responsability of communicating this to you is the Agent you booked with. I advise that you contact them on your return. The price of sun loungers in the pool available is 2 euros for each sunbed...

We booked via alpha rooms and we had no problems at all. We will go again and book direct with the hotel as it's about £40 cheaper. We got transfers with hoppa. The room was basic, but we had a sea view and it was clean. Great location, good pool good for families. Near lots of places to eat and...

You get what you pay for, the bed was very uncomfortable which was a pain. Pool area was ok, pool bar was a little expensive as everything is in Tenerife. Nice and quiet at night. Room was cleaned and fresh bedding and towels every 3 days. Overall it was good for the money and I'd go again for a cheap...

Clean hotel, very reasonable for what we paid. Up a very steep hill. 30minute walk to beach. Shops nearby. Nice restaurants nearby. Taxi to playa America's €5. Pool side can be shady quickly due to amount of hotels up hill. Views non existent. Recommend to couples who are after a cheap stay but going out day and night

Just returned from Castle harbour after a week stay in the sun for my birthday with my partner. The staff on the reception were most helpful on arrival which was late at night they ordered my pizza for me, directly delivered to my room. Read some reviews and viewed some pics on here and was worried, but on arrival I...
