We thought we would try somewhere different and wish we hadn’t the beds we solid and noisy due to the mattress protectors, pools were nice, food was the same every day ok if you like pork and fish and be prepared to keep fit the hotel is on a hill and very few places to explore around the hotel we only had one night of good entertainment which was elvis he was funny

Great family holiday good hotel , plenty off choice in drink and food . Bamba was good with the kids . They loved the swimming and kids club . Had plenty off fun and laughs.The cleaners came in everyday clean towels and sheets , everyone very friendly .

Staff lovely, breakfast, lunch ok, dinners not the best. We ate our most nights. Same thing every night. Entertainment total rubbish, apart from maybe 2 out of the 6 nights we stayed. And if you like hills then this the place to come. I don’t think we would come back.

Nice & clean, food good, very helpful staff, 5 pools, adults only parts, plenty of sun lounges in all areas, nice fresh made snacks at the pool bars the entertainment is good & adult & family friendly, plenty of things for the kids to do & Rafa is one of the best

Paradise park is amazing, the staff are all so friendly and attentive. The restaurant caters for allergies ( you just need to chat to the chef and staff). The rooms are comfortable, cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed linen. The entertainment is varied and on the odd occasion a little poor. Hotel provides options to upgrade to premium drinks at a reasonable cost if this is what you prefer, local alcohol is palatable. Hotel within walking distance of the seafront and easy to walk into main las Americas and beyond. Been coming for 10 years 🥰

Hard to pick fault with this hotel, we were all inclusive in a fifth floor room in the main building. The room was excellent, big shower, comfortable bed, very modern. Five pools, we liked the leisure pool quieter and you can swim there. All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Food was good, plenty of choices, the restaurants bars and snack bars are well stocked. We didn’t stay for the entertainment every night but the ones we liked were the girls juggling with swords and walking on glass and the Elton John and Abba tribute acts. Big thank you to all the staff they really do make the holiday extra enjoyable.
