We just returned from a wonderful week in La Palma. We stayed in room 227 and were blown away by the gorgeous view from our balcony. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen is very basic but just about workable for a week and we had requested a kettle and toaster ahead of our stay which was waiting for... More

Beautiful hotel for a relaxed stay. Breakfast was a great start to the day and the amount of choice ensured a good feast for the kids as well as us. Pool is very nice, I don't think any colder than anywhere else. Reception and all other hotel employees very helpful.

Just returned from a weeks stay at La Caleta. We had rooms 104 and 105. They were very spacious. No kettle in our kitchen so we boiled water in a saucepan - no problem! Our shower had no windows so became very hot and humid. 104 had a window and it made such a difference. No a/c in apartments but... More

The reception got really nice and helpful staff. The apartment is clean and big with modern equipment. Hairdryer is in bathroom, the only down site is that the boiler is quite small so the hot water run out quite quick. Swimming pool again really clean with fresh water, no salty water.

Good location with restaurants and supermarkets all nearby, plenty of parking for rental car as well. Nice welcome from reception who were always helpful. Our room overlooked the pool on the 1st floor, very quiet and a great nights sleep every night. The apartment was a good size with good sized fridge and all the basics you need. Balcony fine... We had a wonderful stay at La Caleta. The apartment is really clean, enough space for 2 persons. A great view: at the sea. The pool and the garden (!) are beautiful. Service is really good. Though twice the cleaningladies came really (too) early and wanted us out within 5 minutes. That was not a good experience. But all the... More

Clean apartment, good and varied breakfast and nice/helpful employes. We were 3 friends in one room, you can make your own food in the kitchen or go out. The area around is peaceful and with small good restaurants. Olas thaifood is really good and worth more than one visit!

Stayed here for 8 days in March when the weather was not really at it's best! The accommodation was booked through an online 'hotel booking' outlet at very reasonable rate. This low rate however may have been the reason we were allocated a ground floor apartment which, although comfortable and clean, was very dark and proximity to restaurant entrance meant... More

We stayed in this place for 2 weeks in November, self catering. The apartment was big and tidy, comfortable beds. We didn't really use the kitchen because we always went out for dinner and lunch, but the fridge was big so we could always have a fresh breakfast on our beautiful terrace. Every staff member was very friendly, always smiling.... More

My wife and I have just returned from an enjoyable and comfortable week based in the Apartamentos De La Caleta at Playa De Los Cancajos, La Palma. The apartment complex is quite small and low rise and built around a swimming pool and pleasant garden area. We chose a second floor apartment with a balcony and sea view (apartment 213)... More
