We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The host was very welcoming and helpful. He seemed to do everything. He met us at reception and then cooked our meal at night, which was very tasty. The breakfast was excellent. The room we had was really nice and furnished with rustic wooden furniture. We didn't have time to explore the...

We arrived mid-Afternoon, and although the owner didn't speak much English, this wasn't a problem (we are in rural Germany after all). The owner was very enthusiastic, and cooked us a lovely steak, mushroom and rosti dinner washed down with a few beers and local spirits. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and had a baclony. The bathroom was very clean,...

we stayed for one night on the way home from Italy. It made a great and contrasting stop. Very quiet in the Bavarian countryside. Good Bavarian cooking for dinner, and a pleasant breakfast (German rural rather than international buffet). I would happily return for a few days. Rooms with decent balconies. Just be careful, people eat early around here and...

We stayed here for one night on our way back home. We appreciated the calm and quiet location and the proximity to nature, as well as the delicious traditional dinner. When we told the owner that we had to hit the road early in order avoid the expected traffic jams for that day, he spontaneously offered to get up at...

This is a very nice place to stay in a quiet little town. The owner and chef was so welcoming and cooked amazing food! There were toiletries in the bathroom, which was very clean. The rooms were huge, with amazing decor and huge balconies. There was a nice outdoor seating area and the restaurant was beautiful. The only issue was...

Breakfast was included and was sufficient for me. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Room was warmly decorated, very clean and comfortably heated. This is rural hotel iwithin minutes of autobahn...

We stayed only one night due to heavy scedule. In spite of late arrival we were very warmly welcomed, we received a nice beer to relax from the stress. Rooms are nice rural style. Nice for longer family stays too.

The Landhotel Waldpark is nicely decorated with geranium lower and gives an inviting impression. The welcome by the owner was friendly and we were informed that the kitchen was closed due to illness. We were a bit surprised as it is advertised that the owner is cooking personally. Our room was situated on the first floor. The air was stale...
