Love this place, the scenery and the hot tub. Nice place to watch aurora too. Highly recommended, the boss is extremely friendly and nice. Can try the horse riding too. The only regret is that should stay more days.

We absolutely loved these cute and cozy cottages! We stayed in the sheep shed cottage and couldn't have been more pleased. Our only regret is that we had only one night here. Very motivated to come back for another visit. The cottage had a rustic feel but had all of the amenities one would need from strong wifi, to iPod... More

Nice spot, perfect cottage. We had the sheepcottage and it was very cosy. Bed was perfect and you even had a robe to go to the hotpool in the middle of the cottages. Very clean and we will come back if we are in Iceland again.

This little town is surrounded by mountains, and the accommodation is cottage style. The check-in office is close to the circle line 1 upon entering the town, we drove around for a while and got lost. Other than that, once we arrive at the cottage - wonderful. Beautiful back drop and the cottage is beautifully and functionally built. There is... More

These cottages were amazing! They circle around a central hot pot, and have plenty of windows to view the Northern Lights from if it's too cold to spend long outside. At the same time they give you a feeling of being isolated in the country, like you have all of Iceland to yourself. We only got to spend one night... More

We stayed here one night on our way to Akureyri from Reykjavik. The cottage we stayed in was immaculate, cosy and tastefully furnished. We spent the evening in the hot pot under the stars. I would highly recommend these stunning little cottages. My only complaint, the directions from the reception to the cottages are difficult to follow in the dark,... More

I spent only one night in the cottages with my family, but I'd have stayed longer. The cottages are amazing and offer everything you need. The location is perfect to experience horse riding and the amazing river rafting (which we did!). The cottages have a "rustic" look&feel, but they are fully equipped with everything you need they are spotlessly clean,... More

Hestasport Cottages on aivan ihana paikka. Siisti, hyvin varusteltu, mahtava hot pot ja todella mukava henkilökunta. Olen ollut jo kolme kertaa tässä paikassa ja jos vain mahdollista, menen vielä uudelleen. The place is fantastic. Clean, all what we need, amazing view and hot pot,and of course the owners and hole staff are really lovely. I have be in this place... More

Came here because my wife an daughter love Icelandic horses. Thought i would be board. Not at all. I went river rafting and hiking, not to mention lots of time in the hot pot. This place is just awesome!

The house was so comfortable and spacious; We felt so pampered with a complete kitchen, spa-like bathroom, robes and even a mini robe for our toddler! They also provided a high chair and baby cot. The rustic stone hot tub in the center of the cottages was a wonderful surprise too. It's a little grimy but a fun experience. The... More
