We stayed for two days in one of the nice family rooms. Everything was clean and we had nice towels and fresh bed linen. It was also no problem zo share the bathroom as there are two of them and we never had to wait. There is a nice Hot tub on the terrace (it was really hot when we used it) and you can use the kitchen and will find breakfast in the fridge (bread, butter, eggs, milk, cheese, orange juice, coffee, tea etc.). The owners are just across the street and run a horse breeding farm. We took the two hours riding tour which we can highly recommend. You do not need any experience and will have a nice time going up towards the mountains and crossing a small river several times. It was one of our best experiences during our stay on Iceland. We can highly recommend this

Our room did not have mountain view but was lovely and sunny. Kitchen and common area were great, breakfast choices amazing. Check-in easy and efficient. Overall very clean and comfortable accomodation. It was a bit out of our way but we loved it!

Very nice, hot tub made the day after driving on motorcycle in rain and cold. TV and radio, good beds and comfortable living room. View is great in the valley and mountains. Walls are thin so not easy to have privacy.

Very warming welcome from host who drove us to on the other side of the road where the guesthouse is a complete large house dedicated to guests with a large living room and open kitchen. Very cosy and confortable rooms. Nice jacuzzi outside. We were lucky (March) to be alone and have the house fully for us. Fridge nicely filled-up for breakfast with all you need to prepare your breakfast as you wish (eggs, milk, fruits, cheese, ham, yogurt, juice, cereal, etc) Excellent quality for the money compared to hotel Close to N1 on the way between Myvatn and Reykjavik and 3km away only from Glambaueur farm museurm. Restaurant are a bit further (30-40mn drive) but very good advise from host for it

I was impressed by the overwhelming reviews in booking.com. However, I was very very upset with their business practice. They send me email to ask if they could relocate me to another less popular and not good located guest house. Regardless I have book this accommodation 8.5 months in advance + I reconfirm my booking 10 days before my check in. Out of sudden of all the confirmation and reconfirmation, they send me email to relocate me because they accept a big group check in without my consent of agree to move over. I was on road trip in Iceland, and that point of time, the weather at the South Iceland was terrible with rain, fog, ice and strong wind. They don't even shown any sympathy to guest to travel in their country, but make very funny comment "you should come north, the
