Very interesting B&B. Quiet location but close enough to town. Very welcoming owner. Lovely room with log burner for colder nights. Wrong time of year for us to use the pool or sunbath in the gardens. A very pleasant short stay.

We stayed here as a family of 5 adults, for a week in July 16 and had a fantastic time. We hired out all 3 apartments so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The rooms were well equipped, very clean and really spacious. Enough space between each apartment that we could still chill out separately. The breakfast...

We spent 13 nigths at this lovely bed & breakfast as a base to discover the area. The combination of the old cities in Andalusia and the beautiful beaches in this area is very nice. The service of the owners of the Escuela is very friendly. The morning starts with a good breakfast. We love the garden and the swimmingpool....

Spent a week here at the end of June. Arrived early but Toni (English owner) was very welcoming. Lovely large room with en suite bathroom and small kitchen with electric two ring hob and a small fridge and microwave. This was large enough to produce a simple meal. Air conditioning was excellent and much needed due to Spanish heatwave during...

Very peaceful location near the hills and a short car drive to beaches. Felt very at home and could have stayed longer ! Perfect base for walking, cycling or simply exploring the many hidden gems this area has to offer. Bed was amazing too. Thank you !!

Our first stop in Spain was the Escuela, and it couldn't have been a better choice. Nestled in the countryside of Velez-Malaga, it gave us a chance to rest and get our bearings. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Warm welcome from our hosts and a delicious breakfast every morning.

Very nice, quite place in a authentic andalusian house. Lot's of fruit- and vegetable-farming around. Only 3 guestrooms with a personal and friendly atmosphere. Pool and well-kept garden with lots of fruit-trees invite to laid-back spaces of time. Very good and large beds help to good sleep and all needed stress relief. To use the wood-stove in the colder season...

Thank you Veronica, we loved having you! You are right, a car is highly recommended as there is plenty to see, which without a car you can't reach. But it's good to relax in the gardens too, and do very little! See you again and once again, many thanks for staying at the Escuela! xx

Really charming place amongst the orchards of Vélez-Malaga. The room and the bedding are really comfortable, equipped with own kitchen and bath room. Yes the Andalusian cats are around, that is part of the welcoming.... they're so nice and friendly. The garden with swimming pool and playground are the ideal place to enjoy the sun or to simply relax. Very...

Delightful host and hostess who are full of interesting ideas for outings in the immediate region that took us outside the boundaries of typical travel guides. Our family group of four adults and four children enjoyed recreation on the outdoor patio, and exploring the old citrus groves on the surrounding hillsides. Super internet connection. The cold, crisp winter nights were...
