Rooms- We were checked in earlier at around 11 which was amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily and always to an impeccable standard. Bright and roomy and lovely modern decor inside. Couldn’t fault it at all. Food- Amazing food and so refreshing for an all inclusive. All food ordered via an app at the Cantina and such a large variety of items including gluten free and vegan. Also got one meal at the a La carte restaurant which was nice but we paid for an upgraded T-Bone steak, which unfortunately wasn’t nice at all, but still couldn’t fault the service from staff and the other food we had during our stay. Pool- Large pool with lots of loungers. Only thing I would say is they’re slightly uncomfortable as they’re not padded. Didn’t have to get up too early to get a lounger either. Location- Close to the town (15 min bus journey costs around €4). A must see when in Corfu. Other than that there isn’t really a proper beach nearby apart from a little pebble beach about a 10 min walk away called Gouvia beach. Overall, definitely would recommend especially for couples and solo travellers. Very chilled out vibe, friendly staff and good location.

Hotel's Favourite
We have just returned from our girly family break at the Cook Club Corfu. We stayed at this hotel for a week but we could have stayed longer, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel. From the minute we entered the hotel we were greeted by friendly welcoming staff at reception who were happy to answer any questions we had. When we went to our rooms we were very happy to find there were 3 comfortable beds (one of which was a sofa bed but it was very comfortable) as there were 3 of us sharing a room. The decor in the hotel and rooms was lovely and had a boho feel. The rooms had air conditioning, a safe and a mini fridge which was filled daily with fresh water . The toilet and shower door had frosted glass but it was not too see through, just make sure the lighting is correct and you shouldn't have an issue. We stayed on the second floor and had a nice view of the pool, It would have been nice to have 3 chairs on the balcony however we did not spend too much time in the room so did not matter too much. The beds were very comfortable and I slept well throughout my stay. There was a range of lighting in the room and I thought the digital do not disturb/make my room sign was a nice touch. This hotel really did try to think of everything. The grounds and the pool are lovely and very clean, sunbeds were slightly uncomfortable however it did not stop me snoozing by the pool and nothing a towel didn't fix. You can collect a towel each day from the hut by the pool. There is also another swimming pool due to open soon. There is music by the pool on an afternoon which we really enjoyed. The food is ordered via an app on your phone, we found this very easy to use and I know there are negative reviews about this however this worked really well for us and I assume helped stopped food being wasted. The food also comes hot as it is made to order at lunch and dinner. Breakfast is a buffet style. There are vegan options on the menu and I did feel the hotel was really trying to cater for vegans some more work may need to be had regarding vegan choices however they are doing well compared to most all inclusive hotels. When you order a vegan option make sure you write in the comments vegan. There are also vegan desserts but you have to ask for them. Unfortunately we did not find this out until near the end of our holiday. The al a carte restaurant is a must, the food is amazing you will not be disappointed. We had one free visit during our stay, just make sure you book early as it is understandably very popular. The guest relations manager was friendly and super helpful. It was one of our party's birthday during the stay and they arranged a vegan cake and gave the birthday girl a voucher for the spa. The spa was very relaxing, I would recommend having a treatment. It is fairly pricey but worth a visit. The location of this hotel is good and is a 10 minute walk into Gouvia center. There is an excellent bus route outside the hotel, if you get stuck reception staff are more than willing to help. We got the bus into Palaiokastritsa, Corfu town, Dassia beach and Ipsos beach. There was a gym and some exercise classes too. You need to book onto the classes. It would have been nice if there were some aqua classes and some more entertainment on a night as I believe there was only entertainment on 3 nights whilst we were there, however the island is beautiful so there is plenty to see and explore. I would recommend this hotel and I would return to this hotel again if I return to Corfu in the future.

From the day we arrived, everything about the Cooks Club, Corfu, was warm and welcoming. We were amazed by the quality and cleanliness of not just the rooms but every inch of the hotel. We had a late flight, but that did not stop their excellent service as they whipped up a cold meal for us, even after the kitchen had closed. There was not one but TWO pools!! and the location offered a lovely spotlight to the sun. There was hardly a language barrier with the majority of the staff which was very helpful, even with that, they had an ‘order from the table’ app system for our all inclusive meals, which was extremely helpful to know all the ingredients as most places do not provide this. Cooks Club had their own guest relations, Samantha who is the loveliest most helpful person, for any questions or help on the area and the holiday itself, which was helpful that the bus stop for Corfu Bus was at the hotel. Our whole holiday was absolutely amazing, worth every penny spent, and we hold the hotel to high regards, such that we will be coming back again! Highly recommend to have a relaxing spa treatment and enjoy the live music while you are there!!

Stayed in Cooks Club for 3 nights with my Fiance, Dad and his partner in September and what an amazing stay we had! This hotel is truly superb in every way. The location is perfect, being very close to Corfu Town, which made exploring the island so convenient. Our rooms were a dream come true with the swim-up pools, providing the ultimate relaxation. The beds were huge and incredibly comfy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The restaurant & day time bar food was good, but the evening A La Carte was incredible! We ate here twice and on both occasions we had stunning food and the service was amazing! The atmosphere was great too. The boho theme throughout the property added a unique and charming touch to the experience. We’re already counting down the days until we return in 2024! The Cooks Club is a gem, and I can't wait to create more unforgettable memories there!

Big thanks to Samantha (Guest Relations) for friendly, warm welcome and time shared during my second visit to this hotel - enjoyed the warm weather, food, and helpful staff. Thanks for my chocolate Birthday cake and kind gesture. Felt relaxed and recharged and much needed calm which was offered by CC Corfu!

Wonderful decor and convenient location for buses in both directions. Bottles of water left in our room daily. Excellent cleaning staff. We found a good choice of beaches. That’s where the positives end. Why is it so difficult to produce hot food? Not just tepid at best but greasy. So greasy in fact that sometimes it managed to produce a stream into the floor. It’s so disappointing when hoping to return to this hotel that we cannot possibly risk having such upset stomaches again. We are still waiting for the promised contact from Mr Kostas Fronimos ( Manager) It’s been over a week since our return and we have lost hope of hearing from him or the CEO who we also contacted.

3* at a push, this hotel on the exterior has all the qualities of potentially been a 5* but food is crap and staff are quite rude to busy gossiping and drinking coffee than actually dealing with guests I felt like as it was end of the summer they couldn't be bothered, one even openly admitted to us that they was nearly done for the summer which to be honest for a 5* is not really acceptable. I speak a bit of Greek as I worked out here many moons ago and one was complaining about tourists at the lobby bar. Think they need a new line of work if you don't like tourists. Food concept is very peculiar where you order at the table but I was not impressed by food and have eaten better at 3* hotels I have stayed in and I am far from a snob . I work for a big tour operator in the UK and will be speaking to the powers that be about why this hotel is rated a 5*. I would not stay here again.

We came to cooks club for a last minute relaxing holiday I haven’t done a package holiday for over 20yrs and after I had booked then read reviews I was concerned. I needn’t have been as others have said the hotel is beautiful the tastefully decorated lobby sets the scene it’s is stunning, and all public areas are stunning, the grounds are beautiful and well manicured too .The staff were lovely and the bedrooms beautifully decorated also. The gym and pool areas are great quiet one and noisy one but still very relaxing, no kids makes a massive difference adult only the way forward. We did a gong bath in the garden which was fantastic so relaxing and all complimentary, yoga is too but was not on our week. Right to the food which gets many mentions good and bad, breakfast great can’t really go wrong stuff for everyone and great coffee. Lunch and dinner is a different concept it’s more like ala carte that you order on the app, it’s very easy and comes quick but randomly, but the food was amazing not a bad meal all week loads to choose and much better than a buffet you just shovel stuff from troughs it felt very premium, I prefer this it is just a nicer way to eat. Just slow down order bits to pick at to start then order your mains it’s like a continuous service, new idea yes but I’m all for it food felt better quality than a vast buffet of sloppy stews and dry fish like many all inclusive resorts. Lunch again great quality order on app portions are huge too big to be honest, served by pool in another beautifully decorated area with dj music . Drinks plenty of variety not sweet need less syrups in but all in all very happy. It’s a very quiet hotel and that may bore some people but we thoroughly enjoyed getting away and chilling out. Only other things to mention are mosquitoes there are loads, it’s 30yrs since I last went to corfu and it was plagued then so no change Mother Natures fault not cooks clubs, just use sprays and keep doors shut we only got bitten later in day by the pool, Also the bathroom situation , beautifully appointed but the toilet set up is very open visually and sound wise ,frosted glass both sides but as you can imagine it’s not very private but we managed, no shame by end of week. All in all a fantastic resort, people seem to be caught up in the 5star rating , just view the hotel for what is and what you get and don’t let the negative reviews put you off it’s a different concept but it wins for me and would definitely come back again as it was a perfect week away in beautiful surroundings with lovely food and service.

Our initial impression was how nice the hotel is. Sadly we found that the food leaves much to be desired if it actually arrives. If the food arrives hot it is a rare treat and usually one of the couple gets to dine whilst the other spectates ! Things did improve for a while after a meeting with the general manger and email to the CEO of our holiday operators. Tonight we abandoned ship after over an hour and returning a cold tired looking chicken dish. Probably best to stay room only and use “Just Eat”.

Stunning stay from start to finish. The decor of the hotel is beautiful, boho chic and the perfect setting for a relaxing week away. The bedrooms are basic but have everything and more you could need. We slept amazingly which never usually happens (we were on the top floor which I think helped). The food was really impressive for an all inclusive, I am coeliac so pleased to say that they had labels on to indicate gluten so I could see what could and couldn’t be eaten, it would be great if they could mirror this on the app. The outside areas of the hotel were shoddy with not much going on but there’s a bus stop directly outside the hotel so easy enough to get into the centre. The entertainment was a little lack lustre and would have been nice to have a live singer or dj in the main hotel area rather than just in the pool bar. Very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend!
