Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We loved our week at the Dreams Hotel. This is the forth time we have stayed there and the first since the renovation last year. The staff at the main reception and the preferred reception were quite exceptional and couldn't do enough for us. All the staff were so friendly including all the young ones which isn't always the case in some Hotels. One doesn't like to mention individuals as they were all so lovely but special mention to Elena and Anna at the preferred reception and the Dark haired lady at the main reception who has been there some years but whose name I have forgotten. My Daughter's family have already stayed with you in the past and have twice been there with us. The only thing I missed was not being able to have a bath, only showers. My wife doesn't drink alcohol and I only drink very rarely so we couldn't take full advantage of the bars but the bottled water and soft drinks were in plentiful supply. All in all you should be proud of the way the Hotel is run and I wish you all success for the future.

Everything from my our arrival to departure was excellent. My wife and I booked a Preferred Club week in a Double Seaview which was spacious and well equipped with lovely views. The food in the buffet restaurant was very good and always a large selection on offer with each day hosting a different international theme. However I made use of the sizzler and Greek restaurants three of my evenings. They were both 5 star in quality of food and service. The Italian for lunch though was just as good. Overall an excellent week made so special by the attention of all the staff who have to be rated 15 out of 10. We would have definitely returned but unfortunately the cost next year has increased beyond any realistic inflationary rate. Shame !

Friday m the moment we landed on the island the experience was great. Our bags were already waiting on us as we got off the plane, excellent service 👍👏. The private transfer to snd from the hotel added a little extra luxurious element to the trip. The short journey and a professional though friendly driver was superb. On arrival we were greeted by the guests relations team and given a much welcomed hand towel to wipe our brow as well as a delicious cool drink. We were quickly greeted by reception and swiftly processed and showed to our room. Thereafter we met with guest relations again and all necessary and relevant information was given to us, which we found very useful. It is worth noting that each and every member of the hotel staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. It was very obvious that a high level of training has been provided by the hotel and it shows time and again. The facilities in the hotel were well thought out and catered for our every need. I have stayed in a number of 5 star hotels and there were some great additions to the service such as poolside waiters. The selection of restaurants was impressive and the quality of the food was excellent. There was a lot of variety on a daily basis and lots of wonderful choices on offer throughout the day. I must say the Greek restaurant was in particular very good and so much so we visited in twice during our stay. Again fantastic service and delicious food that left us so satisfied we had to skip breakfast. There are a number of levels within the hotel with the highest level being a very large pool, an Italian restaurant, self service coffee bar, swim up pool and of course poolside waiter services. A note of caution, there hotel is on the side of a cliff and getting to the bottom services and the beach involves a bit of a hike, especially if you have mobility issues. That in no way takes away from the overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend you visit and enjoy your well deserved break. 😎🤗

Great location at the beach in Glyfada. Rooms are luxurious, food is good and variabel. The staff is great like usual. More entertainment around the beach bar would be nice. I miss that since the this company took the hotel over from LTI Louis Grand.

This hotel is superb many quiet areas or busy areas depending on your requirements and the setting is stunning overlooking Gouvia Bay. It has the most pleasant staff we have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Evelina Nikolarakou the Guest Experience Manager was so attentive and nothing was to difficult to organise, she is a true asset to the Hyatt Group and to Dreams Corfu.

I honestly don’t know what to say but I’m a nutshell, I’ll like to go back. Everything was perfect, except for the bees. But I guess there’s nothing that can be done about it. Staff, absolutely lovely.

We upgraded to a beach front room and it was well worth the extra! The bed was very comfortable, room very spacious. The bars and restaurants were great, you are able to make reservations using their app and they open the books a couple of days before (there was plenty availability when we were there) but really nice to have so much choice. Would highly recommend and definitely come again

We had a very lovely stay at the resort, the food and drink are fantastic and staff great (especially Elsa from Housekeeping and Alex at the SugarReef bar). You really feel like a valued customer. Although there are lots of families with children its' still possible to find a quiet spot at the different pool and beach options. I think it would help if the website does update the correct room descriptions, as the website stated that the room we had booked was a sea view twin with sofa and the photos also showed a desk and chair, but the actual room we were given was a lot smaller and had no desk or sofa or chair. We did mention it, but nothing could be done. I'm also hoping that they will sort the room fire alarms out, as they were going off every night whenever someone smoked in a room/balcony nearby.

The hotel is lovely, beautifully clean and modern. The pool areas are really nice, one of the pools is heated and is really needed this time of year and allowed the kids to play all day long in the water without getting cold. Cocktails and wine were great quality and lovely, the cocktail bar overlooking the beach is a must as they do different cocktails to the other bars and Alex the barman is brilliant. The seaside grill food was exceptional as was the setting. All the staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help, but a special mention to Katerina the public relation manager. She is constantly walking around checking things are ok and she made our holiday so so special as it was my mum and dads 50th wedding anniversary and she done them a special dinner which was out of this world. George the bar manager also deserves a mention, he went out of his way to look after us and was happy and couldn’t do enough to ensure our holiday was special. Would certainly love to return
