A beautiful setting with fabulous all round views over the bay and the mountains to the north and across the sea to Albania. the Swimming pool was excellent, flawlessly clean and under used which I suppose was due to the water being quite cold despite the warm sunshine. The rooms were very good by Greek standards, all the facilities you need, balcony was large with great views, beds comfortable and the maid service was excellent. Indeed all the staff were delightful and invariably helpful. The only question mark was the food, the salads were fresh and very good but the main meal choices were plentiful in terms of volume but unadventurous so 3 and a half stars overall

Room Tip: If you can get the breakfast only option I'd go with that there are taverna's a plenty in Gouvia...

The most relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location offered stunning views all round. A perfect retreat for a peaceful vacation. Great plentiful selection of food - superb! Staff so attentive and lovely, specifically the head waiter, provided us with lots of laughter and nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway with excellent service and breathtaking scenery - Anne & Holly

We have just returned from a 7 day break at The Paradise Hotel. We had one of the garden view rooms which is in need of a refurbishment. It was plenty big enough and clean, bed was comfy but it was a little tired looking. The sink was huge making getting in the bathroom tricky to say the least, it was half the size of the bath! The buffet style food was really good and there was only one night where we felt a bit underwhelmed. The rest of the meals at breakfast and dinner were great and it was nice to have the chefs out checking stuff at the serving places all the time. The garden and pool area were lovely but need a little polishing. The staff were all brilliant but a special shout out to Harris who is one of the greatest waiters/concierge you could ever find. We sat and watched him work over the week and I can honestly say he just never stops! He seemed to have got stuff done before you even asked and when you did it took seconds to be put right. He and the younger girl (cut finger, cannot remember her name) and the other lady Slovenian (?) were also wonderful. All in all not only with the great service and location, we both said we would like to return and that has never happened before. Well done Paradise Staff.

Nice quiet hotel, very relaxing and spotlessly clean. Food was ok but could do with some more variety (breakfast same every day), but what was on offer was nice. Dinner could do with adding fries or some pizza for kids. The bar staff are great, waiters and waitresses also very nice. Room was a bit small for 3 of us (room 208) and a bit dated (no sun on room at all). Overall a very enjoyable holiday.

We did not know what to expect when we booked the holiday, and as we approached Gouvia all the hotels seemed to be clustered along the main road. However, the coach turned off the main road and as it climbed a short hill we had our first glimpse of the hotel. For a 3-star hotel it couldn't be nicer and the staff were just so pleasant and helpful, particularly Harry the waiter who entertained us on a Greek evening with his ability to lift tables and chairs with his teeth. The one negative from our holiday was the failure of the coach to turn up for our day trip to the blue lagoon - however, this was no fault of the hotel.

We stayed in the hotel for 7 nights. Hotel is located on the hill with a beautiful view and it is sourranded by beatiful garden, very old olive trees(maintaned garden). Cca 10 minutes walk distance to Gouvia and 5 minutes to the bus stations (one till Corfu town) and others to others places, beaches. Food was very good, brakfast and dinner top. Big thanks to all the staff, very friendly. Room was very clean, regular towels changing, daily cleaning. Reception gave us a lot of information. We rent a car and bought at reception ticket for boat trip to Paxos and Antipaxos (veryyyy beaitiful tripppp!).

Just had a week at this hotel following health issues. Just what the doctor ordered R and R in abundance. No piped music every where just peace and quiet. The room was simple and spotless. The bathroom was a little bijou but had very modern facilities. The beds were firm. The food was good but as with many mediterranean countries it was never piping hot. The gardens, pool and sunbeds were well kept and the staff were lovely. We went on 2 trips both arranged by the reception staff. Both were excellent value for money

Wow! We have had the most amazing holiday. The staff had made us feel so welcome and knew us by name after the first day. Food was amazing and a good variety. We had a basic room (rather than premium) but was always clean and a powerful shower! Very nice as a base for exploring Corfu. Pool was wonderful and enough loungers for everyone. Views from the patio are spectacular. A special mention for Harris and Vasilis who made us so welcome and were wonderfully attentive and kind. Thank you Paradise hotel!

The hotel is just outside side the village of Gouvia about 300 yards part way up the side of a hill, a great a location with easy walking distance to the village which has ample bars, restaurant & beach close by. There is a great view from the hotel across the country side situated in its own grounds which also has its own car park with plenty of spaces. The hotel is clean and very well ran, rooms are more than big enough & the aircon worked fine. We were half board with a really good selection at both breakfast & evening meal. A nice pool area we had no problem getting a sun bed.

Anyone choosing to stay at the Paradise Hotel will not be disappointed. I’ve just returned from a stay with my 14 year old daughter. We had the most relaxing stay. The hotel is immaculately clean & the staff are incredibly friendly & approachable. The pool area is in a picturesque setting with the mountains in the background. Paradise Hotel is ideally situated for bus routes to Corfu Town & Gouvia Beach (about a 10 min walk away). Gouvia has a small selection of souvenir shops & mini markets selling the essentials. I would highly recommend the Paradise Hotel to anyone wanting a relaxed & enjoyable stay.
