Nice buffets with ample choices, clean rooms that could use an upgrade, mostly German guests, great staff like Soula in the restaurant. A nice locale for excursions to other parts of the island. The beach is an easy walk but water too cold during our stay for swimming.

We visited The Vantaris Palace, Stayed in the Jr. Sweet with own pool and private pool. Ooh my god it was a perfect holiday, super friendly staff. And the family owning the hotel are the best, this is one off my favorit hotels on Crete. Greetings to all people going there, and a nice Greek evening.

The weather was better than expected considering it was late March early April . Still not warm enough to swim .As always our stays are AI and we had no problems with the quantity / quality of food available at any meal - what we did find unfortunately was the food was never hot no matter when you dined .Keeping...

We had booked two other hotels through TripAdvisor to arrive and find they BOTH were closed. We were directed to Vantaris and couldn't be happier. Over the 4 nights, 5 days we were there we felt very comfortable. The staff is kind and helpful. The grounds are clean and the food is AMAZING! For €20 you have an all you...

We stayed at Vantaris Palace over Easter, and were very impressed with the facilities and the very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and the food suited everyone's different tastes. Situated right next to the beach, and with a kids' club if required, this is a great place to take the family!

It's a very nice resorts for families. The only downside is you've got to pay for room wifi(although public wifi is free). Food is delicious, menu changes everyday during our stay. Special party with local music and dances on Thursday night with some BBQ, perfect holiday! Rethymnon is only about 10mins drive, where I like better than chains. 度假村设施完善,孩子们玩儿的很开心!Kidsclub是免费的,还有playground!吃的不错,早晚自助餐选择很多,我们住的一周每天都更换菜单,希腊沙拉特别好吃,橙子很甜!

Booked a weeks Easter break here and wasn't disappointed. The hotel is clean, close to the beach and generally well staffed. Food wasn't first class - but more than acceptable for the price payed for our week. Having a car,as we did, is a definate plus as its a couple of miles to Giorgopopolas and a hour to the beautiful...

It was a beatiful hotel, the staff where really helpful and friendly only down fall was its a bit out of the way for most the tourist attractions but there is a bus stop across the road. I have included the views from our room.

Vantaris Palace is good value for families looking to spend some quality time together in Crete. If you seek an ultra-luxurious atmosphere with a staff catering to your every whim, this is not the place for you. But if you want a clean room, decent recreational facilities, good food and drink, direct access to a good beach and a friendly...
