Returned here after three years. Used to be a regular overnight stay. Rooms tired but ok. WiFi poor.
Most obvious is how quiet it was in the pub, quite a contrast to my previous stays, and probably due to uninspiring menu, no specials, disinterested staff....More
Visited on 15th September, when we arrived we went into hotel entrance very stale smell.

Stayed Saturday night in room 12 pub and food good but room didn't look like it had been cleaned and toilet was descusting. Breakfast bacon and egg hot but cold beans sausage mushrooms and uncooked tomatoes. Let's just say we won't be rushing back.
Food is good. I would go out of my way to go here just for the pizza's. They are excellent. Just a suggestion though that a bit more vegetarian option on the menu would be good. Been here 3 times now and no qualms about...More
