1: As I checked in they told me I only had breakfast included but in fact I had half board. 2: they do not know how to make a sunny side egg it's strange for a four star. 3: nothing is done on time always delayed. 4: the excursion desk is always unoccupied. Only managed to book 2 days later....

I am writing this review while currently staying at the resort. My only complaint is the service in the restaurant. There was very limited variety and they kept running out of food and not replacing it. They ran out of tea and coffee and gave us cold coffee and tea. They don't know how to make a Simple sunny side...

I've just spent 7 nights at this place. It is lovely. The area is big, but the hotel consists of many smaller houses, making it very cozy. Two pools, two beaches, and many many activities are available. I highly recommend going on the Snorkeling + Mida Creek excursion.

This is a hotel with capacity to rank very high but some things were not quite right. For instance, the hotel was not able to deliver on some simple things like variety of juices and even they lacked juices round the clock. The waiters were a little bit overwhelmed on the first 2 days we checked in with my family...

The resort would do with an uplift of services. Staff seem unhappy. The animation team tried to make up but it was a total flop. The food was awful. Not value for money. A lot of unused facilities leaving guests unattended to during the day. Needs revamping in terms of service. Not a family choice perhaps conference.

We were a team of 40 people and we stayed at Temple Point for one night on the 21st of October, i gotta admit that the service was 1st class. Brilliant service, friendly staff. Spent 5days at Temple point with my family and we didnt have enough of the place. The private beach, two swimming pools etc is more than what one could ask for when enjoying a sunny holiday at Watamu. They even threw in a surprise cake (and sang for me) on my birthday.....I will remember that forever!
