    Just back from parkdean.left a letter in before I left.lovely place but food horrible staff very friendly but disorganised Had three kids with me took sick and asked for carry out and was given frozen food and the rice was a tin from the shop.didn't get the van I upgraded to.the kids club a JOKE my nephew's made there own fun and so dissapointed this hoilday caused alot of money and think you should give me some sort of refund had complained when I was on site wrote letter and no one has come back to me.???? before I finished had to order food from Asda because the good was so bad.

    Hi, I've just spoken to lovely customer service agent called gamma. She has advised that my family will be staying in caravan 51. My mam has difficulties walking so we are as close as possible. Just a few questions. I've look on the site map I'm wondering if all the amenities can be accessed via the reception side of do you have to walk around the complex to gain access. Is this site ok with dogs as my westie will also be coming. can anyone recommend days out, there are 4 adults, 3 children aged 1,6 and 9 and a westie. thanks amy

    My understanding is that as long as you let them know your son is visiting then there will be a pass for him and l know they were free for my family last year.
