+ Excellent location for Lens Football Stadium - right across the car park. + 10mins max walk to Town Centre. - Rooms adequate for sleeping, but dated, and in need of a good clean and spruce-up. - Limited variety and quantity of breakfast on offer. I have stayed in other hotels in the area which were more friendly, cleaner, more...

We booked this as we needed somewhere for the Somme anniversary and this was as close as we could get at a reasonable price. Turned out to be right in the Euro football time frame. Hotel is very handy for the football ground and a walk to downtown. Parking is a secure fenced area within the football ground parking. Rooms...

If you have business around Lens of if you want to visit the Louvre Lens is for me the best choice but admittedly is the only 3 star hotel in Lens and around. Modern building clean rooms nice bed. I will say Ibis class of comfort but a bit more expensive than Ibis. But the bathroom is larger and you...

By the way, the museum is closed on Tuesdays and most restaurants and shops on Mondays! Try not o get a room on...

We were in France doing some WW1 battlefield tours and decided to spend the night in Lens as it was close to the Vimy Ridge Memorial. I booked 2 rooms one for my wife and child with two beds and one for my visiting parents with one bed. The rooms are very basic but clean and cozy. The staff were...

Stayed here for one night between two Pearl Jam concerts (Arras and Werchter) so booked in here as we thought Arras centre might be all booked up. Staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast (continental) was between 7 - 10am which suited us as we didn't have to...

I stayed in this hotel for a conference I was attending at the university. The hotel is conveniently close to the university (and football stadium). The hotel is not very modern, but you can see they do some effort to keep it well. Still you get the feeling the hotel is quite oldish and they should invest some more money...
