Stayed here for one night. Bed comfortable, but the rest of the room - well very poor. Really a budget hotel if you're desperate for a room for the night, that's all. My room smelled of old toilet water, but my colleague's room was okay. At £36, what would you expect. You pay for what you get.

Very worn down. No hot water. Bath overflooded the bath and ran into the room! Moulders in corners. Very noisy - from the bar. And very early in the morning. Nice bed and bedlinen - ok breakfast, good coffee. Only Went to see Louvre Lens - and that is fantastic!

The wardrobe smelled damp so I couldn't use it. There was no chest of drawers. The toilet/shower room was so small the shower door could not open fully before it hit the toilet. There was nowhere to hang towels to dry. Noise from other rooms, outside and the bar kept you awake. (or was it the uncomfortable bed)? The room...

We were staying overnight and looked for a reasonable room. At 150 Euros/night it was not cheap but it was a weekend when there was a Euro 2016 match in Lens so the price was hiked. The room smelled damp but the bed was comfortable. Hotel bar stayed open for the fans late into the night and much entente cordiale...

We were charged 100 euro (normally 40) as it was the Euro 2016! First impressions not good - backpacker standard, as described by those below. Very tired. Poor attempt to tart it up, looked nothing like the website. However, I slept well, and the shower was good. Maybe as I am in my 40s now I have forgotten my backpacker...

Very basic hotel, very cheap. A bit run down and needs some TLC. Other reviewers were right, there was a bit of a damp pong around. On the bright side, good location, easy parking and very friendly staff.

Cheap hotel very run down. Rooms and everything else very tired. Has a grubby feel. Only saving grace are the staff who try very hard to be accomodating. Hard to find anything very positive to add. Almost like staying in a hostel

I stayed here for three nights and found the staff incredibly accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself is well located within Lens, as it's easy walking distance from the station, shops, Stade and Louvre-Lens. Clearly there's been a big effort made to tidy the hotel up, with new decoration in my room, which was quite tastefully done. It did, however,...

we stayed here for one night pre-booked. The hotel was only 60 euros without breakfast, so we did not expect luxury by any means, however they had no record of our booking. Luckily we had the confirmation so we did get a room, however the bathroom sink did not work at all - no water. the shower, which was rusty...
